Justin & Eric (apologies if I misspelled it) were great! We had another company come out for an inspection and we weren’t 100% sure that their solution was the only solution. We had Renner Heating & Air come out for another inspection and recommendation and I’m very glad we did. Justin arrived on time, took the time to explain multiple parts of the system, make recommendations, and answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, you can’t go wrong with Renner!

Justin is very professional and knows what he’s doing. His staff did a great job installing my new AC system. I would highly recommend them.

Very easy to work with and Justin went out of his way to communicate with me. Justin is beyond amazing because he is considerate, punctual, and great with communicating. I confirmed our acceptance of the contract on Friday and he was able to start the BIG job the follow Wednesday. He set up my thermostats and made sure they were programmed. Helped me set up the app online. Just went out of his way. Oh and everyone who worked on the job was polite and also great with my crazy German Shepherd. I’m so glad we used RENNER.

Just had heater/AC installed in Dec 2022. Highly recommend. We had taken 3 bids all very professional. We now have more knowledge than we thought we would ever have. We couldn't be more satisfied from the service Renner provided. Extremely thorough, has great ratings, knowledgeable and very professional. Justin is a positive person who looked at our house as though it was his own. He asked us questions as what we were looking for and provided information and choices of what he thought were best, and allowed us time to choose and ask questions. He was very patient with us as we took a couple of weeks to decide which system to use and had plenty of questions. He never pushed his service. He didn't charge for estimate. We had a very good feeling about Justin from the beginning and felt he was an honest person. We were not disappointed with our choice or his service

Our experience with Renner Heating and Air was excellent. From the moment we called for an estimate, to completion of the job, Justin was quick to respond, very professional, answered all of our questions and concerns. On the day of the job, he notified us in the morning that he was on his way and asked if we had any special instructions upon arriving at the job. Justin and his crew worked all day to complete our job, which required crawling into some damp, dirty areas. They completed the work in a timely manner, and went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend Renner Heating and Air to family and friends.

Justin did a great job. He was able to schedule us the next day and was on time. He really helped me understand what was going on with my a/c unit. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I feel like he did everything he could to improve our air conditioning performance - it’s basically just old and needs to be upgraded. And he followed up with lots of notes for my spouse.I highly recommend.

Justin was phenomenal with installing our new HVAC system. I have been dreading this decision for months. Justin is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient in explaining the new equipment, (going from a gas heat to heat pump) and the complexities of the install process. The way he explained it made it seem simple and easy to understand. We are very happy with our new Bosch heat pump and look forward to many hears of service!

Justin and his team did an excellent job installing a new HVAC system in my 34 year old home. Justin’s name is on the name of the business, and he clearly strives for excellence. He explained everything thoroughly and was on site and involved in the entire project. The team was respectful of my home and left everything clean and tidy. I had 2 quotes from large companies and 2 from smaller businesses. Justin’s quote was very competitive, and he had perfect reviews on Yelp. It was a no brainer for me to give my business to Renner Heating and Air. I highly recommend them!

Justin was on time, professional and provided excellent service. He changed out our old water heater and updated the surrounding plumbing/equipment. He also addressed a poorly installed trap and tightened some pipes for our a/c unit. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend Justin Renner!

Justin Renner was very professional, friendly and engaging from the first phone call which he was prompt in getting back to me. I so appreciated his educating me to options for repairs vs. replacement of my 24-year old HVAC system and absolutely no pressure or up saling at all! I did choose a new heat pump system and new AC which was installed in one day. Justin and his crew of Eric and Raul were all courteous and respectful of my home with all clean up done before they left. Renner Heating and Air is great! Eric came out today and did a tune up on my a/c. Eric was on time. He very considerate, polite, informative and kind! He told me what he was doing and let me know what he found and what he did. So happy with their service! They are my go to company!!

Update: New a/c unit installed. Justin, the owner oversees the installation. Justin questions you about how you use your a/c to create a bid that includes low, medium, high price choices. I went with a Bryant at the low end which matched the old a/c. Justin checked out each vent and found many vents not properly sealed so I was actually putting the air into the walls. Ouch! Other had the vent fins directing air to the wall and not into the room. He gave me a choice of a basic thermostat.
Job ran from about 7:30am to 2pm.
I based my choice of Renner on the reviews of my Browns Valley neighbors.

Justin and his team were so easy to work with. They were very polite and did excellent work. The estimate that they gave me was very reasonable. They came when they said they were gonna come and they completed the work within a half day. They installed a heat pump system for us and showed me how to set up the thermostat and run the unit efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Selected Renner Heating and Air to install a Bradford White Heat pump water heater in my residence. While the water heater was expensive, owner Justin Renner took the time to explain the pros and cons of the system in relation to other heater units. Justin and Eric spent the entire day installing the unit while keeping the water shut off to a minimum. I would recommend Renner Heating and Air to anyone in the market for professional work at a reasonable price.
