We cannot recommend Renner Heating & Air Conditioning enough!

Justin responded to our inquiry quickly and had someone out here within hours. They were very knowledgeable and Justin was more than willing to answer all of our questions, wanting to ensure we had a solid understanding of our situation and would be comfortable with our decision. Not only was their quote competitive, it was detailed and thorough. We ended up replacing our entire HVAC system. The inspector just left and raved about how impressed he was! Thank you, Justin!

Justin and his crew were beyond amazing! They put a whole new hvac system and a whole house fan in our home and did it before the heat wave! They got it done in a day and were very professional and very nice all of them. Very respectful of our home and cleaned up so well you’d never know they were even here! They started at 7:30am and were here until 6:30 a night to make sure we would have a cool house before the heat comes!! If I could give 10 stars I would! And we were so cold we had to put a sweater on 😂 if you need a new hvac system or heat pump CALL THEM!!! You won’t regret it!

My wife and I have discussed making this home improvement because our PG&E True up is through the roof. I lay in bed at night listening to our old unit run all night, just thinking this will be expensive. Very pleased, excellent work. Justin went above and beyond to provide information and appropriate recommendations. Cleaned and vacuumed after they were done. He filled out the rebates I need to get and explained all I should know. Just so pleased with his work ethic and so respectful. Austin and Ismail his partners were very professional and respectful. We have our son’s 10th birthday party on Saturday and last night I found that our dog chewed up our AC unit wires (see photo). I was frantic worried that I wouldn’t be able to get this repaired in a day and that it would be costly.

After quite a few recommendations, I was able to get in touch with Justin this morning and he had a tech here at 12:30 as promised. Justin was very responsive and helpful. The tech, Eric, was incredibly polite and informative - and he made the repair in about an hour! Reasonable pricing for same day service/repair too. Very relieved they were able to come out today and made the process easy!

Just a great experiance with Renner Heating and Air today. Chris notified us he was on route and arrived promptly. He thoroughly inspected the unit and cleaned some parts for better performance all while answering any questions and explaining how the unit functions. Turns out that the 20 year old unit was still working fine and I was only charged for a diagnosis when I think that Chris did more than that with some extra tender loving care along with a great work ethic.

Justin and his crew did an outstanding job in tight uncomfortable conditions. They were professional in all aspects of the project and we couldn’t be happier with their work and attention to detail 🤜🏼

The owner of Renner, Justin was absolutely amazing. My mom called him Saturday night because her heater was blowing out cold air, he came that night and temporarily fixed the problem. He ordered and replaced her 23 year old system on the following Thursday. Justin was absolutely kind, helpful , honest and very professional during the entire process. My son’s heater stopped working on New Year’s Eve. I texted Justin the owner and he scheduled an appointment for 1/2 by 8:45am. His technician Chris showed up on time, repaired the issue and explained in very understandable way exactly what the issue was and the probable cause. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. This is the second time in 3 weeks I’ve dealt with Renner heating and Air, first for my mom then for my son. I highly recommend Renner they are fantastic. If I could rate them a 10 i would without hesitation

Renner just installed a new heating and cooling system for me, and I couldn't be happier with the service or the unit Justin helped me select. The rooftop pictures he sent showed every detail of placement and sealing. I wish my kitchen was as clean and well ordered as this new unit is. This is the second job he has done for me and I'm very pleased with both.
