Residential install of a tankless water heater. Evan was really thorough, and there’s quality workmanship throughout. Pricing was fair and accurate. I recommend them, and would gladly use them again! (Note: discolored Sheetrock in the picture is water from the old, failed regular water heater)

An appointment was promptly setup and their technician diagnosed the problem expertly. The repair was made in a timely manner and my AC works perfectly now. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Thank you Evan for all your hard work and dedication to completing this project. I'm very happy with my new HVAC, the heater works great. When I was shopping around for contractors to help me with a new HVAC, Evan with A100% was the only one that would replace the recommended copper pipping that connects to the furnace/condenser. The other contractors are just going to flush the pipes and use the old smaller existing pipes that might not be suitable for the new HVAC system. They also did a great job in updating my old ducts, I have very little air loss. And many thanks to Catriena for helping me with the financing and the application for the inflation reduction act rebates. I would not have been able to do this without that. I completely recommend A100%, they don't just do the job, they do it right!

I hired A 100% guarantee heating and AC to remove 3 air handling units on my commercial warehouse so that the roof could be repaired and the units be reinstalled. When I first met with Evan, the owner, he seemed knowledgeable, but he created a complete nightmare for a simple task on my property and eventually caused over $20,000 of damage to my building and its contents. I have reached out to him for the last month and he will not even bother to talk to me. The first cause of major damage occurred when he ordered and improperly installed the wrong curbs for the units creating a 6 week period where I had 3 large holes in my roof where the air handlers were removed from. He removed his original improperly installed curbs (see photos) and during that time period he assured me if it rained that he had covered the openings and no water could get in. When it did rain his covering failed and ruined an $11,000 printer in the office space down below along with damaging the building. Finally when the new curbs came in and everything was installed he had done so much damage (punctures/tears see photos) to the brand new roof surrounding the areas that he was working that I had to spend $9,000 replacing the brand new section of roof. I also had to hire another company to properly install the duct work because there were large holes left for the air to escape into the non conditioned space. It’s clear Evan does not care about the destruction he left behind.

ALl WEATHER Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., did a fantastic job installing a new Bryant 2 ton ducted mini split system w/indoor air quality system which includes three UV lights (per my request) and EAC filtration system.

The crew was great, accommodating, polite, on time, knowledgeable, answered all questions and provided a rebate, which brought down the overall cost by several thousand $$$$$. David, the lead installer, as well as the rest of the crew are very efficient and kind. They explained the new system with clarity to the degree I was able to understand the technical side of things clearly. They wasted no time installing my unit. I am extremely pleased and recommend this company!

Another mark of a good company, in my opinion, is customer service. It has been my experience with All Heating and Air, is their customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to help and answer my questions. There has never been a problem in getting an appointment for my HVAC!

Fast, clean, and great pricing! When our old AC died Gil came out and explained our options. He was very straight forward and explained things simply and he understood our budget. I’d gotten quotes from two other companies (prior to meeting with All Weather Heating and Air) and the others were patronizing and gimmicky. I was so thankful to find Gil and his crew! We ended up with a full AC and heating until from them and have been thrilled with their work.

Everyone was great and went over everything in full detail so I know what was going to happen. The installers were clean and no mess when the job was completed. Iam very happy with the all of it.

Gil was extremely helpful & went beyond any expectations we had. He came to evaluate whether we could get our 6 year old system to work properly or should make a huge investment in a heart pump. All Weather did not install our current system, but we wish they had. Gil spent about 2 hours making adjustments to our system. It had never worked properly & our house was always uncomfortable, whether we used the heat or air conditioning. He knows what he’s doing. Our system now works beautifully for both heat & air. He could have easily told us to buy a new system from him, but he patiently adjusted ours in a way that the original installation crew failed to do.
We use All Weather for our rental. They installed a heat pump & do the maintenance and service. We’re completely happy with both. We’ll never call anyone else. Thank you, Gil. This is a business where the owner truly cares. His employees are great, too.

I’ve had All Weather Heating and Air for years. They’ve replaced my heater and air conditioner at different times as well as cleaned all the ducting. My service contract has kept everything running efficiently and all men have been kind and made adjustments quickly. I especially like that they are local and family owned.

All-Weather heating and Air Conditioning installed 16 solar panels on my house 8 years ago. And they also created an attic walkway and space for my blower and made a new air intake grid in my ceiling, as well as put a big heat pump on the other side of my house. It has worked great ever since. Therefore, I have solar heating and cooling my house. Think about that! As a general contractor for 35 years, I did 😃
