I highly recommend this company. The prices are fair and they have a quick turn around for scheduling. I was able to get my heater scheduled for install less than 24 hours after approving the estimate. Mark checked in every step of the way.

Chris (team) did an awesome job. From laying cloth to protect the floors, to cleaning and vacuuming after installation. I was walked through the loading the smart app and showed how to use the thermostat. Not to mention I now have heat. Thank you Advance for all you’ve done.

I had a water pipe burst under my home and I had to shut off the water to the whole property. I called 4 plumbers. They all had excuses as to why they would not help me. So I submitted a claim through my home warranty company. The next day, a company called me to schedule an appointment but it would be 4 days out. On my way to work, I saw the Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air van driving around. I decided to give them a call. They sent Jason out within 2 hours and he fixed the issue, at a very reasonable rate, in less than 1 hour.
They provided excellent customer service and a skilled resolution. I will ude them for amy and every issue that arises in the future and I will always recommend them.

Lucas was friendly, professional, and thorough in his work. He offered suggestions to prevent the same problem in the future. He also offered recommendations to ensure our plumbing systems would remain in good condition for the future. We are really happy with his service. We have had excellent support from all the team at Advanced HVAC.

There was a very strong stinky mysterious smell coming from the garage. It was lingering for approximately a week. Lucas came out to detect where the smell was coming from. He and his partner searched the entire property, but was unable to find anything. related to the smell. He ran a camera down the clean out to search for broken pipes and found that everything was OK. At the time I wasn’t aware of a second clean out and told Lucas there was only 1 clean out I was aware of. So Lucas had to pull a toilet out and send the camera down through the toilet pipe. Afterwards, Lucas continue to look for a second cleanout and eventually found it under the landscaping. He showed me where my second clean-out was, which I wasn’t aware of. This will be good information for future services. Lucas sent me pictures of what he found and gave detailed explanations. Fortunately, by the time Lucas arrived at my property, the smell had disappeared, but I was so impressed with his work. I would definitely use this company again for any future issues. There was no charge for running the camera down the pipes, but there was a charge for removing the toilet Which actually turned out to be a good thing because the ring needed to be replaced. He provided pic of the toilet and 2nd clean out GREAT SERVICE!.

Called at 6pm Sunday and spoke to Christina who was very sweet and helpful. I was given a Tuesday appointment, however, they called me Monday AM with an opening that day. The tech, Noe was super helpful and gave me an honest evaluation. He had to run out for parts, and I request a call when he returned to put my dogs outside and the dispatch Tiffany was incredibly prompt and professional. Will 100% recommend and use again (hopefully not soon!) in the future.

My water heater went bad and Jamaul got me squared away with a replacement without issue. He explained all the work he did before and after and ensured I was all set when the work was complete. From the time they arrived it was less than 2 hours to diagnose the issue, get the parts from the shop, and complete the replacement. This is my 3rd time using Advanced for either plumbing or HVAC related issues and I haven’t been disappointed yet with their service, and I’m always happy to spend my money with a local business.

My water heater wasn’t working and they came out first thing the next day. Communicated with me throughout the entire process on who was coming out to see me and when they would be arriving. The technicians that came we respectful and well knowledge. They educated me on how to restart the water heater and gave me an estimate on how much a replacement would cost and they went through so much more. They were thorough and efficient. A definite recommendation and will plan to use them in the future.

We had scheduled a plumber to come at a certain time but James was able to do it earlier than expected. Our request was "easy". We needed them to unhook the line from our stove so we can get new flooring installed. He was responsive and efficient. Very friendly and professional. Great customer service and will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you!

Advanced Plumbing and Air was the best experience that I could have ever have with a super critical Gas leak at my rental. Safety first was there concern. Advanced came out right away with a free estimate and completed the job all in the same day, thank you advanced plumbing, The technician sent was excellent very professional and they had my best interest considered,
( unpresented in todays work force) also they were very reasonably priced without any price gouging honest work for honest pay.

Chris and his partner did a great job at replacing my old cast iron clean out with a modern ABS 2 way clean out. They performed some additional copper line repairs as well. They were no nonsense, did their jobs and were on their way. I would highly recommend them to anybody with plumbing needs.

We had the best experience with Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air, and specifically with Jason! It was so easy and quick to coordinate the visits for an estimate and for the work to be done. Jason was thorough, informative, professional, and just all around a pleasure to work with. He answered so many questions about so many things around my nearly 80 year old home, and the price we paid was super reasonable. We had a surprise finding inside the wall when he was completing the scheduled plumbing work, but Jason knew exactly what to do and even saved us a decent amount of money off the original estimate due to the change in plans for how to resolve our issue! I’ll definitely be giving Jason a call for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

Jamaul did an absolutely outstanding job replacing my water heater and taking care of several other needed repairs. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and his craftsmanship was top-notch — he even fixed the knocking pipes and all the issues I was having with the old heater. From inspection to completion everything was done in one afternoon, and he was friendly and pleasant the entire time — I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Replacing a water heater is expensive. However, the quote from Advanced Plumbing was competitive. The workmanship, with a few extra convenience features, was exceptional. They arrived on time, finished as expected, and left the work area, clean and neat. Hire with confidence.

From start to finish, it was a good experience. I had a 30 year old natural gas unit that was on its last legs. Daniel came out to inspect it and told me what I already knew was coming, I was on borrowed time. We were able to schedule Mark to come out the same day and go over new units with me. I had already known I wanted to upgrade to a heatpump system amd Mark was great at explaining the differences and patiently answering my questions. We were able to schedule the install within 3 days. Chris, Justin and another gentleman whose name I didnt get all were wonderful. They were fast, efficient and very polite. They also cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. Everything went great and I had a new unit within the week. Special shout out to Enrique who was also great at quickly answering my questions via email and helping me out as well. I just wanted to express my appreciation for the Moen Roman Tub valve and trim replacement job that Ivan and Miguel and the entire team at Advanced Plumbing and Heating and Air completed for me last week.

Like most jobs it turned out to be a lot more difficult than we had planned. In order for the valve and trim to be replaced and access had to be cut through 2 inches of tile, concrete, and chicken wire not to mention having to deal with the extreme heat.

The initial appointment was fast and they had a plumber at my residence in only a couple hours. Getting the valve and trim for this tub had a couple twists and turns which resulted in having to reschedule the final installation appointment several times. This was not a problem for the scheduling staff, they were wonderful.

To help me determine the correct valve and trim for the job they put me in touch with a local expert that provided me with the information I needed.

As for the price, I thought it was a good value for the work performed. I’m not just paying them for their time but also for their expertise and they came prepared.

I felt that they cared about my situation at that time, and also their other customers I heard them talk about and that impressed me.

Overcharge me did only half of what they charged me for left me with sheet rock repairs a backed up system, which they had to come out and unplug the waste and vent work. They said they were gonna do. They didn’t do they trashed. My carpet would not recommend them to anyone and I paid $9500 for this work.

I hired Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air to replace a shower head, and two bathroom sink faucets. Jamaul and his colleague arrived on time on the day they were scheduled to come (a weekend, which worked well with my schedule). They came right in and evaluated the bathroom fixtures. They went over all of the options I could choose from, and answered all my questions. I had initially inquired about also replacing two sinks, however, Jamaul let me know that changing my sinks could cause me to have to change many other things, like the mirror on my wall, dry-wall, and more plumbing. He let me know that the sinks were in good condition to keep-which saved me money. He also kept safety a priority. When evaluating the faucets, he and his colleague discovered that my emergency shut off valves were not working (which makes sense because they are over 20 years old). They were able to replace everything including the valves, and the price was great. Jamaul and his colleague worked hard from start to finish. They had excellent customer service and communication. I would highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air!

The best experience ever. The receptionist was wonderful and Ivan the gentleman who came to my house was exceptional. The friendliest and most professional gentleman ever. He even went to Home Depot with me to pick up the new toilet. The experience was second to none and I highly highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Please recognize Ivan for his exceptional performance. He installed a new toilet and unclogged the main area that almost flooded my house.
