Not sure how we got so blessed to come across this company!!! They are absolutely THE BEST! We have used them in two houses now and it’s been amazing working with them! As of today, they successfully resolved a longstanding issue we had with our minisplit system in our rental property. The minisplit was such a pain and many other HVAC companies through our home warranty declined to work on it or just didn’t know what they were doing. Air Essentials came in and fixed it in a snap! From the owner to the workers... their level of honesty, patience and professionalism is very refreshing! Will keep using their service for sure! #loyalcustomer

We had Anthony and company repair the heater on a house we inherited from my wife's father. The house had not been lived in for over 3 year. We had tenants move in and found the heater was out. They arrived on time very professional and extremely fair pricing. The same day. We also found a problem with the plumbing after that and called again
They responded the same day and found the problem with cast iron drain. They replaced the problem pipes. Very clean and will use them again. I also should mention our house is in Napa.

I hadn't used my furnace for 10 years at least and I called air Essentials to help see if they could repair it for me. The young man that came to look at my furnace said it was too old and needed to be replaced he did however determine that it was because the motor was loose and moving around and he got a piece of wood and shared it up for me so it wouldn't make so much noise and I couldn't have been more happy. If I decide to replace my furnace I will definitely call them and he did it free of charge I was estatic. Five stars across the board...

Air Essentials Inc is the only HVAC company I would use. I scheduled service due to my furnace being out. The tech Tony came out and got my furnace going after an hour. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Air Essentials Inc to anyone needing HVAC assistance.

Great experience all around! When I initially reached out to air essentials I was able to contact someone right away through chat and phone, and I was able to get an appointment when I needed it. Air Essentials also has fair pricing, and they explain everything that you need to know. The tech who came to fix my furnace was awesome, and he gave me helpful info on my furnace! The two installers, Tony and Edgar were on time, polite, efficient, clean and helpful. I had both a new Air Conditioner and a new Heating system put in my house thanks to the suggestion of Tony on one of his service calls, it saved me money doing it this time of the year Tony said to me. Also, got a complimentary air duct cleaning.

Our elderly grandmother lives alone in Vacaville in a house running an air conditioning system that hasn't been replaced in 30+ years. Each of the past few years it has needed some TLC including adding freon to keep it operational and the temperature comfortable inside the house during the sweltering triple digit heat waves that come through that town.

When the AC system stopped providing cool temps in the house this season, we called Air Essentials again to help us out. Anthony came out with all of the professionalism, respect, and attentiveness that others have noted here on Yelp. Grandma is a tough one to please but he won her over quickly with his incredible customer service, not so common with many businesses these days!

The bad news was the system couldn't continue to take freon and had failing parts that were no longer available. Long story short, a whole new system was needed, including a furnace due to the incompatibility with the new modern day AC unit.

Anthony provided all the details and reassurance to Grandma that while this was going to be much more expensive than the "tune up" she had hoped for, this was best move in the long run for the reliability and safety she needed to stay in her house during the hot summer months. Anthony explained all the details of the replacement process, assuring her the least amount of inconvenience and disruption to her house, garage, and plans.

The schedule was set and Anthony and his partner showed up yesterday with everything they needed. Anthony provide an estimated time of completion upon arrival and hit his mark like a pro- a very important benchmark for grandma! "Oh he was SO polite and finished right on time just as he said he would!," she explained. His obvious experience and efficiency shined yesterday and now Grandma is sitting happily in her cool, comfortable home with a whole new system!

I cannot be more pleased with the quality of work and customer service that Anthony provides. He is an incredible asset to his company as well as a major assistance to me in keeping Grandma and her house both taken care of, as well as keeping her pleased with the few workers she allows in her house!

Reviews like this are few for me, but when a professional exceeds expectations by providing excellent service as well as true care and concern for his elderly customer, it deserves all the accolades and recommendation I can give! While I doubt we will need Air Essentials and Anthony for another entire system replacement at grandma's house again, I am excited to share my positive experience with anyone who needs a true pro they can TRUST for any AC work. Great job Anthony and the whole Air Essentials team!

Highly recommend Air Essentials: They came back to deal with a piddly detail that my city required correcting promptly. I found Air Essentials back in 2018 through an independent Home Energy auditor, and have been consistently pleased with their work to the point where I no longer get quotes from other companies - I just go to Air Essentials.

I have used Air Essential a couple of years ago when my air conditioner went out. The repairman at that time completed the job to my satisfaction and that is the reason I called them again to repair my heating system.
