Technician diagnosed the issue with the motor very quickly. Picked up the part and had the unit back up and running. Great service at Rendon Heating & Air! Love the way you’re able to track the arrival of the tech with your phone.

The installers were right on time. They used drop cloths and plastic to protect all of my floors and carpets. They explained everything well and were so courteous. Everything was perfect and they left everything spotless. I am so happy to have a warm house again. Would highly recommend Rendon Heating and Air.

The service technician, Justin, was fantastic. He was very patient and thorough when showing us the things we'd need to do to keep our HVAC systems working smoothly and efficiently, and he did all of the routine maintenance on both systems with professionalism and precision. Great service experience!

Working with David and his team has been fantastic. They worked tirelessly to make sure they left us with heat for the weekend after putting in an entire new system after ours went out in the middle of winter. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and took great care to keep our house clean despite all the work they were doing. We received three other quotes and they were priced very well! Justin, the technician, who did the initial inspection stayed with me till the last minute. Omar and Danielle, the installers worked their behinds to remove my old units and install my new system. It took them two days because of the rain. They worked through the mud in my side yard and even with my two dogs in the backyard. David, the owner of the company, came by to check on the progress throughout the process. I really appreciate him as a veteran, a local small business owner and he’s just an overall cool guy. I felt very comfortable through the whole process and never felt like they were trying to upsell me like the previous company I had. The gentlemen from Rendon checked every detail and buttoned up everything before leaving me with my new unit. It looked like a work of art when they left. And Maria from the office was great at keeping me informed of everything like who was coming, what time they’d be here and even gave me time to get my finances together. I’m a new customer for life of Rendon and I highly recommend them to everybody. Thanks so much Rendon. I love my new heat pump system.

They came out quickly and fixed our air conditioner during the heat wave. Very professional, honest and helpful.

When they came out, they diagnosed the problem which was a broken part. My furnace is over 20 years old, and the man told me I'd have to replace the furnace and air conditioner, costing me upward of $7000. They did the same thing to my neighbor, I found out after their visit, and my neighbor forked up $10,000 on their advice. I told him I wouldn't have that much money for a year. He said he'd call around to see if he could find a replacement part, and I haven't heard from them in over a month. If a company doesn't want my business, they should say so up front so I can find a company that does. Found one, they located the part and the repair is going to cost me $800. Would not recommend to anyone.

A very competent service tech came to house and inspected my air ducts thoroughly, checked out heater and a/c. Did not charge me for coming to the house, handed me an estimate for repair and duct cleaning and I scheduled it and very satisfied with the results

in 2011, Air Essentials replaced my duct system with a new Duct, but they did not seal the Duct outlets to the vent connectors as they stated on my receipt. Only found out today, while getting an A/C tune-up. The A/C technician discovered it while doing his inspections.
