Chris from Cozy Home Services did an excellent job servicing our AC unit! He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained his process after I broke down everything that we had going on with the inadequate distribution of air/ heat coming out of our vents upstairs and downstairs. He went in our attic and fixed our damper which was surprisingly disconnected and our air coil had a big rip in it. He repaired the rip and connected our damper and right away we started feeling better air pressure. Chris also installed a new Hard-Start pressure coil in our AC unit! Chris is a rock star and we were really pleased with his service and helping us get back to enjoying fresh cool air again, especially when the summer months are approaching. I highly recommend Cozy Home Services for all of your AC needs, they do great work!

One of those crazy mornings when traffic wasn’t moving, hours later Colby arrived smiling and ready, most people would be frustrated at the least. After conversation about his (impressive) experience and evaluation of the heater, I knew I was in professional hands. First time using this firm, highly recommend them. Had AC replacement by Cozy home services it was installed in one day. The crew was quick and efficient along with being very courteous gentleman. A couple of months later after installation, I needed the heat system repaired. Cozy Home Services has been extremely helpful to my needs. Kolby, Technician, is extremely knowledgeable and polite. Whenever I need assistance I contact Cozy Home Services and request Kolby. Kolby inspected my Heat Pump and found numerous issues. Unit was not heating and he solved the problem and now I have heat.

We got quotes on installation of 30000 but outside and 3 inside mini splits from 6 Mitsubishi diamond contractors. Grant at Cozy Home was the best .Installation on day one was great.. Removed gas furnace and central ac on day two. Rebates filed by Cozy Home came thru for $1500. The best part is the very low cost for maintenance needed to maintain warranty.

A friend recommended Jason at Cozy Home Services to give me a quote on a new heat pump and air handler. He was my fourth quote and the most knowledgeable, confident and down to earth. No question after meeting him I would hire Cozy. I chose to install a Mitsubishi system. The install team was top notch, led by Jose. Unfortunately I have forgotten all the names of the team of four (sorry guys!) but I do remember Noel. All were qualified, respectful, nice guys. I was extremely impressed with Jose, unusually knowledgeable on the system, super smart and really nice. You can always tell the true character of a company when there is a problem. Due to the location of my unit, the air handler was too loud for me and I panicked. I contacted Jason and he reassured me they would handle this problem and make me happy and they did. Zach, the manager on the job scheduled Jose to come back and install insulation in the closet which made a huge difference. Zach really went out of his way to make sure there was a resolution. Jose worked long and hard to fix the noise , this guy is a star and a father of 3 and stayed late until it was done right. There is a lot of competition in the HVAC world but Cozy is one of the best!

Their work was neat, well executed and completed in in one day as promised. Jose the lead person on the job was responsive, listened and made suggestions that helped make the overall installation a huge success. The owner of the company followed up the next day to check in to be sure all expectations were met and to thank us for choosing their company. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I woke up in the morning with our heater not working I called cozy home and spoke with Mark and within a couple hours Mark was at my house and diagnosing my Heating issue. Mark the sales rep was knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We knew we more than likely needed a new system and after getting other quotes Cozy Homes offer was our best option and we decided to go with them.

The install team led by Jose and his crew worked diligently and were truthful about items they found during installation. (which were minor head’s up type of stuff). They worked clean during the removal my old system and install of the new system. He answered all my questions I had.

I reached out to Cozy Home Services to replace a floor furnace with a Mitsubishi ducted heat pump system. Cozy is a Mitsubishi Diamond dealer, which was a major selling point for me.

Jason, the owner, responded to my inquiry quickly, came out to my home the next day, and did a thorough review of insulation, windows, and floor plan. He took the time to explain how ducted heat pumps work and why his proposed design made sense for my house. He was friendly, professional, and very patient with questions.

I spoke with about 10 HVAC companies during this process, and Cozy clearly stood out. Many contractors pushed generic, fastest-possible installs. Jason instead tailored the system to my home’s constraints. My lot is small and placement options for the outdoor unit were limited. Rather than pushing an easy but undesirable location near a bedroom window, he proposed a placement that required a bit more work to permit and was confident that his team could handle the work. That confidence paid off. The permit was approved within hours of signing the contract.

The lead installer, Jose, and his crew Gael, Lino, and Benji worked nonstop in a dark, dusty attic. They protected my belongings, managed dust carefully, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Jose patiently explained what was happening whenever I had questions.

There were a few tricky situations due to the complexity of a retrofit in an old home. Communication was clear, and solutions were implemented quickly and professionally without change orders or surprise costs added.

Jason visited the day after we first spoke, and gave me a good price to replace my old 2-zone furnace with a Mitsubishi ducted heat pump + air handler, and he also talked me into replacing my old water heater with a GE Geospring heat pump. Jose, Gael, and team did a great job installing both systems within a week of getting the estimate. There were some complications wiring up power and the thermostats, but they stayed late to complete the HVAC installation on the first day. The water heater was also tricky, due to limited space, but they managed to get it up and working within a few hours on the second day.

I called several contractors to install a high-end Bradford White gas water heater. I spoke to a Mark Grant at Cozy Home. Mark is impressive. He has a strong technical knowledge of water heaters, including furnaces and air conditioning. He told me all the rebates available. He even knows all the new laws and when they take effect for gas & electric water heaters. He even knew the permit requirements specific to my Rio Vista.

He told me all my options, including their advantages & disadvantages. He did not pressure me. He made sure I knew all my options. Then he sat back and gave me time to decide.

Once I decided, Mark sent out a Jose & Aaron to install my Bradford White water heater. Jose is a craftsman who takes pride in his job. He pays attention to the finer details. He wants the finished job to look professional. I watched him work. He did an outstanding job.

He and his assistant, Aaron, work efficiently. Aaron anticipates what tools Jose needs and hands him the tool before he even asks.

Like Mark, Jose is very personable. He explained to me how to relight the gas pilot light if it ever went out. He was patient. He made sure I understood how to do this. They cleaned up nicely after they were finished.
I had read many positive reviews about Cozy Home Services before selecting them. They definitely live up to their reputation.

Cozy Home Service did an amazing job in a flash! I filled out an online form and was contacted shortly after and an appointment was setup for the following day with Mark.

He walked me through the different options for cooling the garage due to the solar and batteries. He gave me a no BS quote and I asked how soon they could start and he said the next morning. Done, I signed the quote.

The install crew showed up the next morning (today) and the system was installed and tested by the afternoon. After the install they walked me through the setup and phone app.

Could not of asked for a better experience and it was a very reasonable cost.

We moved into a new house without heating and wanted to make our new home, well, a bit more cozy. So naturally we emailed Cozy Home, who responded to my inquiry quickly. Jason and his team were very easy to work with. The installers, Jose, Aaron, and Benjamin installed two mini split units, the condenser unit, and did the wiring in about half a day. They took time to explain the process, cover flooring, and clean up when they were done. The units work great and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Cozy Home team!

Calling David, not expecting much because I’ve been calling everywhere for someone to come check out our AC unit on the same day but none have the availability. But David was able to fit our house into one of his technicians, Lupe. Every interaction with both David and Lupe was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When Lupe show up he knows right away what wrong with the units. Everything was fix within hour Lupe show up and my AC unit work as normal. Very love the service from Rendon heating & air, I will call them again if something else comes up. 10/10 very recommend this place. Give them a call!!

We had a bad experience with a big local company 😔. David came, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Didn't try to sell us stuff we don't need yet! I love his honesty. When we do need a new system, we will definitely call David. Best HVAC experience EVER!!!
