UPDATE: (09/24/2025) HALO 2 ZERO ULTIMATE Maintenance Free Whole-House Water Filtration System
• This was not an easy installation as a UV System was also included to remove Bacteria and Viruses. The installation necessitated separating the house water from exterior water. Additionally, the Halo Filter was buried ~90% in the ground, near the water line. The folks were top notch; very professional and polite. Thanks guys. A lot of work in a couple 100 degree days.
Everything worked fine except for a leaking UV Case (replacement on order); will R&R.upon arrival.

STATE ELECTRIC HYBRID HOT WATER SYSTEM (~65 GALLON) ON PEDISTAL. NOV/DEC 2024
• The crew work long and hard. I'm sure they were here much longer they had planned. No complaints, just excellent workmanship.
The only things, and we talked about them briefly were visual design perspectives. From a contractor's perspective every thing was laid out fine. I admit I'm anal on how the visual perspective should be; cables and hoses not seen where possible; new holes in building should not be seen, rather placed where existing lines, knobs, standoffs, etc. are. In most cases, not only do things look better, but the new work uses shorter 'runs'. Don't get wrong, from a contractor work perspective, everything would have been great. From a 'Design Layout things ended up looking great and probably took less time and materials.
The bottom line is the crew was very pleasant to have here, was very qualified, worked well together and did their very best to accommodate me.

☆☆ Now if we could get my cell phone to communicate and, per PG&E, recognize that a new Hybrid Electric Hot Water Heater replaced an old Gas unit. ☆☆

Cozy came to install a new heat pump water heater after explaining all my options with rebates, etc. Jose, Lino and Gael did a great job putting in the new system. They were careful moving things and I was surprised they were able to shimmy through a small opening to get into my crawl space to ensure drainage was set up correctly and everything. Everthing looks good.

Cozy Home Services installed a 4 ton ducted heat pump HVAC system to replace my forced air furnace. The replaced old, leaky ductwork, ran new circuits, and got the whole system up and tunning in in a day and did and amazing job! Angelc Aaron, and Benji were fast, friendly, and super efficient, and left everything looking great. I highly recommend!!

We used cozy home services to repair a blower motor at our home, and within the same week an entire HVAC system at our rental property. Everyone I spoke to from repairs team, sales team, and the front office was a great communicator and informative (Kolby, mark, Zach, Xavier, etc). The install team for the HVAC system (Gael Lino Noe ) was mentioned by our tenant as being above and beyond as well as polite. Their pricing was fair and customer service truly was great. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to use their services. Thanks for all the help!

As the weather changes our heater decided to stop working. I contacted cozy home service and they cleared out there schedule to accommodate us immediately. Kolby is the greatest also very knowledgeable. He's troubleshooting skills just blew me away. Fixed the problem and no more cold nights.

Colby Thomas has been a fantastic representative of the company! My initial service setup was ok but had its struggles. Colby came out to repair my units after they malfunctioned and was a great experience - they discounted my service significantly because they didn’t remind me of the required annual service. I signed up for monthly plan and then we had another issue with a coolant leak and he came out within 48 hours and repaired the system in a few hours and waived any charges (beyond monthly plan). Very happy with the service and with Colby especially.

Kolby was great! Came and made sure our hot water heater was working and provided great customer service. Also figured out a problem very quickly.

Jason was so nice. He tried to help me over the phone to fix my heater and when it didn’t work, he said don’t worry. I’ll be there in 30 to 40 minutes and he came and he got it working. He is such a nice guy the day after Thanksgiving he didn’t want me to be cold. Very professional knew what he was doing. Yes, he is. The owner he kept saying that he usually don’t be in the field, but he did an awesome job knowing that he wasn’t doing service calls. He came out and helped me. I would recommend him to anybody.

Colby from Cozy came and performed an evaluation of my duct and heating system to uncover why my home wasn’t holding warm air. He also went underneath the house to examine 2 different crawl spaces. Upon completion of his assessment, he very clearly explained my issues and recommended a staged set of repairs. Colby is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, easy going, and a man of integrity. For these reasons, I highly recommend thia company!!

Mark came out to our home and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Made everything feel comfortable and eased our worries about price. Angel was very knowledgeable and helpful with setting up the thermostat and explaining other things that would be needed for the house to be more efficient.Gail Was a very good technician that put everything in make sure everything was clean after the work was done . We have Cozy Home Services annual maintenance plan for our HVAC system. Dan came to do the maintenance job to prepare for the coming winter season. Dan is very professional and courteous. He did a thorough check and helped change the air filter as well. When he learned that one of our bathroom’s bathtub had a water clogged issue, Dan went beyond his assigned job duty to help resolve the issue. He is a very skillful and professional plumber. I would highly recommend him for any of your home plumbing issues.

Cozy Home Services was great! Mark came out initially for a service and explained to me how much energy the units were wasting. Very knowledgeable and professional! This guy loves efficiency. Jose's crew came out, installed everything up to code, and left my garage cleaner than they found it. Very impressed!

I discovered this Amazing Company, while searching, and doing my do diligence, for a new hvac system, for my home. After having a couple of companies come out, and high pressure sales me. From the moment, i spoke with the business office, i was impressed, and felt comfortable here. There was no pressure, just accommodation, and the desire to earn my business. I said I was not available until 7pm. No problem, I will have Jason..the owner contact you then. Not a sales person, the Owner!. I was asked if i wanted a phone call, or to meet in person. I opted for the call. Jason called, explained in detail, and easy to understand his equipment, warranties, rebates, and tax advantages. An all electric system, which will lower my PG&E bill each month as well, as leave a lesser footprint in the environment. I did my further due diligence, and the very next day, Jason came out, inspected my house, which at that time, discovered my water heater was leaking, so I added that, and retained Cozy Home Services. Unfortunately, they were swamped with installations, so I had to wait. He assured me it was a 1 day installation! I could not imagine how. When they arrived, they were early, very professional, all of the men were uniformed, in several company trucks. They were very courteous, very respectful of my property, and answered any questions I posed. These professionals went about their work, with precision movements! “Rolex” has nothing on them! I now understood, how they could install everything in 1 day! All of the equipment was installed in 1 day! Jose was the Site Manager, Dan was a Master Plumber, from the plumbing department, Steven and Roland assisted Jose, Justin and Gustovavo, were supporting technicians to the team. James (Jimmy) was from warehouse support, to ensure everything they required to do the job was on sight, and of course Jason, arrived to ensure i was comfortable with the process. When the job was completed, the system was thoroughly checked, explained to me, I would be remise not to include the Amazing Office staff, and their Accounts Receivable Department. Ms. Carla, Ms. Jaime, and Ms. Gloria, who manages the Office Operations.
When the team left my home, the only “footprint” they were there, was my new system, water heater, and my complete satisfaction! Im 75yrs. young, and have not experienced this type of Customer Service in years! Please don’t take my word for it…call and you also, will have an Amazing experience!
