Remarkable people like Ray is the reason why I always choose locally owned small businesses. I learned about RC Heating & Cooling from Ray’s loyal customers and later found out that he actually won Best HVAC Contractor in Vacaville. So, here’s my story: The circuit breaker for my AC unit kept tripping for a few days so I called to schedule an appointment. Ray picked up the phone and gave me the best advice on how to make my AC unit run more efficiently to prevent it from tripping again. Turns out, he was out of state that day and his advice not only worked but also saved me $$$$. That right there gave me a very good impression of his work ethic. I requested him to check my AC system anyway, so he came to my house several hours after arriving back to California. Dude was obviously fatigued but he kept his word and went ahead to clean and recharge the refrigerant. Although he was tired, Ray did not rush his work and explained to me what he was doing and what to do to keep my AC running for many more years to come. We also exchanged some good stories and laughs despite the heat outside (would have been better if I was grilling that morning with some choice beverages too). Bottomline, I found my go-to company for all my HVAC needs from now on. For your yearly HVAC servicing, repairs, or upgrade I recommend no one else but RC Heating & Cooling. Raymond provides excellent service! I highly recommend him. My A/C wasn’t cooling my house. I called him, he asked a couple of questions and based on my response, he knew what my problem was — the compressor needed to be replaced. He arrived the same day about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time! I was so happy to see him.

He replaced the part in less than 10 minutes. He explained & showed me what he was doing. He checked the vents to make sure the air was flowing. He’s very thorough.

His prices are very reasonable! I expected to pay much more!

He’s definitely the tech you want to service your A/C unit!

Ray came in and did a thorough inspection of our AC & heating units. Another local & well-known company gave us a quote of $1200 to fix the units. Ray made what he termed as a “minor” adjustment. He charged us for the house call. Wow! He really looked after us and saved us a huge amount. We’ll never use anyone else.

I highly recommend Ray from RC heating and cooling. He even came out on a Sunday early to help with my AC that wasn’t working. He’s fair, honest and willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

Ray trouble shot and replaced my A/C unit. He explained every detail of the job and replaced my A/C like a true professional and in a very short time frame. I am also very pleased with the cost of his services. It would have cost me at least 3 or 4 times more if I had it done by another contractor. Ray is a very honest, friendly and trustworthy person.

Raymond made quick work to replace our thermostat. He’s pleasant & professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Kolby came by and checked out our air conditioner to check the temperature and gave great feedback. He was respectful and well mannered. Very attentive and understanding. Will use service again, we did get air ducts replaced with cozy home services. So far, so good.

Our experience with Cozy Home was wonderful. A pipe burst on our water softener. We got a same day appointment. Our technician Daniel was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed it within the hour. We would refer family and friends to them.

Xavier came this morning for our scheduled maintenance check. He was on time, courteous, respectful of our premises, and an excellent communicator. We’ve always had positive experiences with the Cozy crew; they’ve made us feel glad that we purchased our system through Cozy.

Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in detail. Wow, we had carbon monoxide leaking into our garage, and possibly the house every time we had the furnace on. He sent out his manager, Zach, to do the repairs, and he got it all done this afternoon and evening. He explained how the Wi-Fi operated thermostat works, and grlped me set up my access to it. All in all, I’m very pleased with the job he did!!!

I would never buy a water filtration system from this company. I was told that they would sell me a whole house Reverse Osmosis (RO) system that removes calcium and magnesium from the water. For $7500. They do sell a salt-free water “conditioner” that leaves both calcium and magnesium suspended in the water. Just for perspective, the holes in the filter membrane for RO are actually 50,000 times smaller (.0001 microns) than the filter holes in the “conditioner” (5 microns). Which do you think filters the water better? I just can’t say nothing when a company says they are selling you one product and what you are buying is a completely different product. Shameful business practice.

Angel and Aaron did a fabulous job installing our new heat pump water heater! It’s a great new efficient unit and we love the way they finished out the space around it with insulated bubble wrap to make it look really special. cozy always does a wonderful job on their projects. Very conscientious and responsible folks!

We just had a new heat pump system installed and had problems getting unit to heat. Daniel arrived and tested and worked on system. When he finished, he showed me g to he correct/best operating procedures and unit now working properly to heat and/or cool the house. He was polite, cordial and respectful. Great service!

Colby came out to perform the 6 month maintenance of our HVAC system. He was punctual, well trained and knowledgeable about our system. Replaced the filter and checked the unit outside. Confirmed all the air vents in the house were working properly with no major temperature changes.
We feel confident that our system is ready for winter.
