I can't say enough good things about Rendon Heating & Air! Our HVAC system went out on a Saturday afternoon, and with it being my birthday weekend, I was really worried it would ruin the party. But Rendon Heating & Air came to the rescue! Not only did they respond quickly, but they also had someone out to fix the system within 12 hours—on a Sunday morning no less!

They were professional, friendly, and efficient, and they had everything fixed in no time. Thanks to their quick action, I was able to enjoy the rest of my birthday in comfort.

I’m incredibly grateful for their service, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC repair. They definitely went above and beyond!

I had to call Rendon for what I assumed to be low coolant. In less than five minutes, David assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and began addressing the issue. He was friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions. I'll certainly call Rendon when this system decides to die and a new system is needed. Until then, I'll continue having his team service my unit to keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Rendon was assigned to my AC repair by Fidelity Home Warranty. They said Rendon would contact me within 1-2 business days. Rendon did not and I called at least 5 times at different times of two days and only reached voicemail. David finally called the evening of the third day and said they’d be there the following day. He did show up as scheduled, looked at it and told me he’d have to come back the next day to pressure check it as he didn’t have enough time that day. When he returned the next day he pressure checked it and couldn’t find any leak, although he said he could do a 24 hour check on it if the warranty company approved. According to him they did not approve that and instructed him to just service it. It worked for just over 3 months, although it may have started leaking sooner and I didn’t notice it. I called and messaged David multiple times with no response, as I wanted him to contact the warranty company to explain it had leaked after he recommended a longer pressure check. Since he is forever unreachable I contacted the warranty company. Unfortunately for me, their policy is that no cases can be recalled after 90 days. And they have no record of David ever recommending the longer pressure check. So I am forced to pay another service call fee now. Thanks for your treatment of a fellow veteran David Rendon! Try answering and/or returning calls like a legitimate business owner!

After 32 with our old HVAC system, we are delighted to have chosen David Rendon and his company to replace our two heating and air conditioning systems, one for our upstairs, and one for our downstairs (big house!). We knew our replacement would be in the $20-40K range, so we got 4 bids, including Costco's, and Rendon's bid was the lowest, cheaper than the highest bid by over $10K. Our resulted work from Rendon was 1st rate, professional, high quality equipment and smooth installation. They spent time to do the right thing with details like running wires through the walls so it would look perfect. Thank you Rendon Heating and Cooling! Highly recommended!

No, review can define 5 Stars and beyond our recent service! This past Sunday late night our A/C went out. The following very early morning I Yelp messaged and called. Within an hour David called me and I advised him of our situation. David put me on the morning schedule “WOW”! My, wife and I thought not likely until mid week NOPE, priceless! By, noon Chris messaged me and advised he would be arriving shortly. Chris arrived and I told him the situation. After, a brief evaluation he found that my A/C unit breaker had an extreme electrical failure and shorted out. There was a risk of an unforeseen fire had the breaker worked properly. Chris had all the necessary equipment and replaced with a new box. He, then tested all remaining equipment to ensure no problems. Yup, A/C back up and running 🆒! I want to express that Yes they are quite experienced in what they do. More importantly was the experience and level of CUSTOMER SERVICE! They define it! This is our second experience with RENDON and they have elevated what they stand for “The Customer First”! These guys are legit. From the estimate through the install, everything was smooth. Fair pricing and top-notch quality work. Super professional, clean, on time, and knowledgeable. I'm a contractor myself and very particular when it comes to work on my own home — and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

On time and called before they arrived as requested. Very professional and cordial. Even played with my cat which as a female home alone, put me at ease.

A Great Experience. The Team diagnosed the issue, quoted for a new tank and replaced the Tank early the next morning. They explained what they were doing as they went along. I would use them again.

I called Rendon to arrange for someone to check our older HVAC unit that hadn’t been serviced in more than 3 years. Chris was able to come the very same day, and he was great! He cleaned it inside and out and updated a few things to extend the life of the unit. Chris was thorough, informative, and a gentlemen as well! Thank you Rendon.

Rendon heating and air installed a Dual Mini split in our business. This was a smooth transaction from the beginning David came out and gave me a estimate and explained the process of how they would install the unit. After getting several quotes and do some research on my own they were the best route for us . We agreed and they quickly put us on the calendar. Day of installation was also a breeze. Lupe the main installer was here bright and early , he did an excellent job . We could not be happier 5 stars to the team of Rendon Heating and air. David and his team are professional, friendly, and down to earth. They beat the other bids we got by thousands and I don't think we got a worse product or worse service in return. The one issue that popped up was addressed the next day. We're very pleased!

Chris was a great tech. He advised me of the issues and had my system up and running very quickly. He gave me tips to keep my system running as smooth as possible. Dave the owner was fast to respond to my call for service and had a tech over in short order. I would recommend Rendon for your HVAC needs.

Very happy with their service, employee came on time and was very knowledgeable explaining me how to get the wall heater working properly. I struggled for long time with this. Also, person showed up early in the dedicated time window, which was very nice. Very professional person and took the time to explain it well.

I had my furnace tuned up today. The technician Justin was so knowledgeable and went far above and beyond just checking the furnace. He also checked and cleaned my dryer vent and looked at my heating vents as well. Was told the furnace is functioning properly but took the time to answer my questions about installing a new HVAC system since mine is so old. He also answered my questions about smart thermostats and will be returning to install one for me. So professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call Rendon for any future HVAC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE. Pleasure to work with and highly recommend.
