My technician, Tony, arrived at my home at approximately 10:50 AM. After explaining the problem regarding my air conditioner not working I also informed him that my heater stop working this morning also. Tony sprung into action and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty transformer. He replaced the transformer and cost was very reasonable. Tony has assisted my wife and I with other home heating & air conditioning challenges and resolved them within the day. As a company, Air Essentials is second to none. I would recommend them and their service personnel to anyone in need of heating & air conditioning service.

Love this company. They came in to look at my heater. and in less than an hour had it working the way it was supposed to. They are honest and not looking to sell you repairs that are not needed. I would highly recommend them for any service.

Andrew and Edgar were very thorough and efficient replacing our ancient heater, thermostat and first time to have AC installed. Andrew was very open to questions and pleasant to deal with. We felt Anthony gave us a fair price for our package deal.

Great job. Was able to get appt fast. Tony was very professional and kind. Job fixed quickly. Had part on truck , so no waiting and coming back. Price of service and ignition was like $325 . He was here about 45 min. Not sure if that is expensive or not. But I have heat now.

I discovered my water heater leaking at midnight and I had two techs out working on it by 11 am that day! They explained everything fully, and even inspected other small plumbing issues. They were extremely efficient and got my water heater replaced very quickly! I had hot water by dinner time. 10/10 experience thanks so much!

A bit on the pricey side but when you are paying for quality, this place delivers quality and efficiency. Customer service is on point and the sale and service staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable about their service. Excellent and highly recommend that you give these guys a shot. We had an excellent experience with Chris from Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. Chris worked incredibly hard and tirelessly to try to clear our sewer/sewage line, going well above and beyond what we expected. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, tried multiple approaches, and genuinely cared about finding a solution.

Throughout the entire process, Chris was polite, professional, patient, and compassionate. It was very clear that he truly wanted to help resolve our sewer problem and wasn’t just rushing through a job. Unfortunately, the blockage turned out to be a much larger issue caused by careless workers from another company, which was outside of his control.

Even so, Chris’s dedication, work ethic, and integrity stood out. We are extremely grateful for his efforts and highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air, especially Chris, for anyone needing honest, hardworking, and professional plumbing service.

Thank Jason and Terence for arriving early in fixing our plumming issue. They went to work right away and determined that it wasn't a pipe burst but rather a toilet being clogged. They also replace the supply line to our toilet.

Jose arrived at the appointment time with a call to confirm it. Jose was polite and knowledgeable of his craft. I had a water leakage at my home .the leakage was costing money. He found the leakage. It was a water sprinkler pipeline. The roots had broken the pipe. I tried to find it, no success. This saved me from the costly of having to break concrete.
Their is often a Jose that is imitated, but never duplicated.
