This company is officially “My HVAC” go-to Company. Always very responsive to request made for Help. They scheduled my appointment and fortunately was able to move appt earlier due to another cancellation. With upcoming heat wave in couple days and Guest (of course) in room that required the (split air) hvac fix I’m grateful Evan had us up and running within minutes. I’m soooo appreciative of the professionalism and expertise of this wonderful company.

Our old AC was having issues, and we had no AC on a very hot day. 100% Guarantee Heating and AC came out to diagnose the problem, fix it, and give good advice on moving forward. Ryan was great! I would recommend using them.

Speedy scheduling, fair pricing, quick trouble shooting and stable repair work. Second time in a month (different houses) that I had to call on "A 100% Guarantee" and they did great again. Last time they came out in <4 hours and were right on time and had the issue identified fixed and back our the door in <20 minutes. This time (moved to a new house) and I called around 4pm and they were to fit me in the next day for a 1-3pm slot. They landed right in their slot, around 1:45, and I got a text confirmation of the appt. And when he was then en route. I had Evan both times, and again he identified the issue, swapped out a capacitor this time, for a just fine cost per my internet research, and was back on the road in a timely fashion. Friendly and easy to work with, and better availability than the 5 shops I called the first time, so Evan was the first guy I called the second time.

Steve arrived right on time to diagnose the issues with our air conditioner. Everything was explained so that I completely understood the problems as well as the process to be expected going through our home warranty. Very professional company, their technician Evan did a great job of troubleshooting a bad thermostat I had installed and resolved the issue. Their receptionist(s) are very friendly and always worked hard to get a technician out as quickly as possible.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job, we felt like we had found a great responsive, professional company. Our air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air and Katrina the office manager sent a technician as quickly as possible. A part needed to be ordered but the tech was able to get it working so we didn’t have to suffer in the heat.

My warranty company contracted with 100% Guarantee Heating and the tech came on time. He identified the issue quick, and replaced the thermostat and recommended some other maintenance things to improve the system. I'll use them again. Sky was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Our AC went out. I called and the nice lady scheduled Chad to visit same day. Less than 3 hours later the AC is working like a charm, better than before. Chad loves to talk, but I liked his stories. He came 15 minutes before the appointed time, troubleshot the system and estimated the repair cost. I agreed and he went right to it. The airflow is three times stronger than before. He replaced some burnt out parts and gave me a fair price. Highly recommended. Chad is the best.

We've moved into our house since 2007 and the HVAC was already installed. We didn't know that our HVAC should be serviced at least once a year and when it stopped cooling the house was when I started doing research on it. A 100% Guarantee was one of the first companies ads that I saw in the Monthly Grapevine. After looking at all the info on their website and a couple others I decided to set up an appointment with them. The online appointment set-up was easy and I received an immediate response. I was able to make the appointment for when I was available and they sent me the name if the technician who was going to be coming. On the day of I received a text to let me know he was on route. That was great. Javier arrived on time and he was great. He was very friendly and explained the system we had so that I was able to understand how it worked. He looked at our unit and was able to determine what was wrong and fix it quickly. He was very knowledgeable. Our A/C is working better than before and we will definitely be calling to have our system maintained by him. We also will be recommending him and the company to everyone we know.

The gave us the most reasonable plan and price. Some of other companies said they can't but they did it. Dominic did the most of the work. I appreciate that he didn't give up when it became really difficult. He is really friendly. He might look young (yes, I doubted on him) but he is experienced, responsible, creative, smart and very friendly.
