Evan T. Responded through yelp a few minutes after I sent a message and not only had someone out the same day, but within two hours AND fixed our unit the same day. Very reasonable price and they waived the assessment fee since we agreed to have them do the repair. The technician was very friendly and professional, definitely would recommend.

I would like to commend Evan and his company, "A 100% guarantee Heating and air ", for an A+ experience from start to finish. When calling to schedule service, Catriena was super understanding of our problem and was willing to send out someone that very day. The service tech, was extremely personable and incredibly knowledgable. He not only diagnosed the problem but took the time to show and explain everything to us. Unfortunately, because of its age, we needed to replace our unit. At that point, Evan, the owner, stepped in with options and pricing for a full replacement . There was no pressure, just good pricing, and energy saving quality equipment. Catriena researched ever available rebate and discounts. She suggested that we enroll in their "silver energy saving plan" giving us 5% off the cost of the new equipment and also the regular maintenance under the plan will insure our warrantys are kept valid. Even with all the supply chain issues , the installation of the new unit was done fairly quickly. Once the installation was complete, they cleaned the area thoroughly and made themselves available for a total explanation of the new unit and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend this company enough for any of your heating and air conditioning needs!

Always love going with these guys. They’ve backed up warranties on my ac Coleman unit and have replaced some parts so it will perform better. No questions asked. Plus I love Coleman for backing up their warranties also. Recently had a control board placed, coordinating it was a breeze, came over swapped out the boards no issues. A great company overall. Update- recently came out and checked my ac as to why it would start then stop in a matter of seconds. Problem figured out by looking at several different variables. Recommendation to remove one of two filters before the ac as to not cause further strain on the ac system when it kicks on and gathers the available air for cooling. Awesome deductive reasoning on Ryan’s (technicians name) part. Such a great visit and I’m glad my ac is working so much better. Great company to go with.

Katrina in the main office was top notch and kept us informed throughout the process and tracked this project thoroughly. Evan Thompson and his team mate Ryan Miller were courteous, hard working and tenacious in their efforts to complete the job. They worked tirelessly for seven hours straight until 8:30 at night to correct the problems and get the job close to completion returning the following day when there was light to complete the project and test the system. A 100% Guarantee Heating and AC contacted me quickly after I had arranged with my home warranty to get an AC tune-up. I was concerned about them coming out to do the tune-up when it was still chilly weather. They let me know that they wouldn't come out to do that AC tune up until the weather warmed up. They already had looked at the forecast and determined when it would warm up and quickly scheduled an appointment. I received a text stating that Donne the technician would be arriving soon, and he was great. Donne was courteous, efficient, and clean. He even put booties on his shoes every time he walked in the house. It was a really good experience.

A 100% Guarantee came out again today to replace a broken part they had discovered in their tuneup on our A/C unit. Evan was really professional, personable, and courteous. It was a tough job as Evan had to cut through brick siding and deal with other inconveniences that pop up when replacing an old part with a new one. Weird to say, but it looks really nice. He even used a level. Highly recommend this company. They communicate well and are very reliable and friendly.

Evan is absolutely awesome, hard working and dedicated. After another company no call no showed on us in 100 degree weather, with our AC not working, Evan came out after hours diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was at our house well into the night making sure our system was back up and running, without his dedication to it I don't think we would have been able to sleep that night as our house was over 80 degrees at 1030 when we were able to get the unit going again.

We have Bryant Heat Pump. It was failing and displaying need for technical service. I called Richard’s Airtech, installer of the unit. Technician came, opened its cover, checked its circuit board and reset its switches and charged $150 for a work that lasted about 40 minutes. The unit failed again that night. This time after doing some research on-line I called @ A 100% Guaranteed Heating & AC”. Owner arrived promptly checked the unit, fuse nearby, circuit brake, etc. for almost an hour. He determined that the fuse nearby the unit was for 60 amps yet the circuit brake was old and rated 50 amps. He also measured on rush current and found it to be 119 amp. Upon checking wire connectors at the circuit brake he found remnants of arching. He came next day with a new circuit brake rated for 60 amps yet, cleaned wire connectors and installed new circuit brake. The unit is functioning properly. For two hours of labor plus new circuit brake he charged $239.74 which is very reasonable.
He is very thorough and experienced. I hight recommend his services.

These guys saved me in a pinch. Heatwave of the year and my AC quits. Although they were very busy I was able to get a same day appointment later that evening. They were able to send a knowledgeable motivated tech Ryan who happen to have the correct part on hand and quickly solved my issue. Cooling down our house. Evan and his team were great. I had done HVAC replacement and the ducts could finally be done. However, there were some hiccups with painting fixtures, vents and delivery. Who was going to do what. I was pleased with how it turned out. Communication could be improved.

I also was a bit Leary of the 3rd party vendors that complete the inspections. There was a lot of information as to the necessity of this. Maybe a law passed that I was unaware of and believe this piece needs to be more clear.
