I can only share my opinion about the initial visit from the company, as we had already made a commitment with another service provider. A water pipe burst under the cement floor in our basement, flooding nearly half of the space. We contacted the company on Sunday morning to request a free estimate, and fortunately, they were able to accommodate us despite their busy schedule.

The estimate was completed very professionally, and we received a written invoice within two hours. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

Lucas was great! Lucas explained what he recommended per his inspection. He sent me an email with pricing. He didn’t pressure me to complete what he recommended immediately and put it in my hands to make a choice on what job I wanted him to do. I was concerned about money and Lucas let me know that they offered financing. I chose to get all that was recommended by Lucas and he sent me before and after pictures. I’m a very satisfied customer and will strongly recommend Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air to my family and friends.

Ceasar did an awesome job! He was there for an early arrival. Fix my clogged toilets form the main line. He took pictures of the pipes to see what the issue was at hand so I would not continue having this problem. An yeah everything went well for a not so bad price. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

I contacted Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air because my water heater was leaking water all over the floor. They were incredibly responsive and scheduled a technician, Noe, to come out same day I called. Noe was on time, very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained the process clearly and the repair was completed efficiently. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air and Noe.

Needed a sewer line repair and worked with Lucas, who had great communication throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions and explain the repairs needed clearly. The repair itself went smoothly and any hiccups were quickly discussed and remedied. Would highly recommend!

Gino was very knowledgeable. He did his job by upselling the annual maintenance package, which I anticipated what happened, but even still great technician. Very professional. Loved his ability to communicate with my mom and myself about what was happening with our furnace. I will look forward to working with Advanced plumbing again.

People were respectful and helpful in setting up the appointment. My questions were answered and everything proceeded as I expected. I felt the company dealt with my situation re: our heater repair very professionally, and offered the best most reasonable cost efficient solution.

Needed new hot and cold water valves installed in the wall for my washing machine. Called Advanced Plumbing and they came within 24 hours. They gave me an estimate which in total was $1,053 and change. Set an appointment and they came out the following day. Estimate doesn't include dry wall repair which they had to tear out to access and replace the valves. All in all I can't complain.

I had a stubborn clog in my washer’s drain pipe.
I have had other plumbers in the past use a snake that were unsuccessful.

They really took the time and snaked both the main line and drain pipe to ensure water was flowing smoothly and the clog was cleared.

I really appreciate their free estimate, and the fact that they were able to work the same day.

They provided recommendations to better improve my plumbing and communicated the cause of my issues. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend.

Chris showed up on time, went over everything thoroughly and changed out our water heater the same day. He was efficient, thorough and professional. Highly recommend.

Lucas was very professional and extremely kind. He took the time to explain each and every issue and solution with our plumbing so we understood what was going on. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs. I wish him the very best on all of his future endeavors.

Exceptional service! Jason paid attention to detail even cleaned up my sink afterwards even tho it was my mess. They arrived on time and very knowledgeable, efficient, and I just knew I could trust them. Definitely would use again.

Bobby and his crew were excellent. They worked together like a well-oiled machine to complete my HVAC Installation with thermostat. They worked quietly, respectfully and efficiently. The installation looks great, they cleaned up everything. I feel relieved and appreciative of their expertise. Bobby answered my questions and made sure I had no others before they left. I feel confident in their work.

He and his associate removed all of the old ductwork and installed new ductwork. They were professional and friendly, remained focused on the task and finished in a timely manner. I think they did an excellent job. I appreciate their cleaning up afterward. 👍🏽

Great attention to detail and customer service. Lucas is well educated and well mannered, careful and professional. Sam is very attentive, easy to talk to and listen and learns from Lucas. The team is very professional and I will definitely look for them again.

Lucas and Sam were great. Explained everything clearly and gave us time to make a decision. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced or repaired. We replaced it and felt good about the decision.
I was very impressed with the clear communication between the office personnel and Lucas. Being Thanksgiving week, I thought for sure this issue wouldn’t be resolved until next week. Very happy I’ll have hot water tomorrow morning.

I requested help with flushing my tankless water heater since this was my first time doing it. Jose and his teammate promptly showed up, explained the process, and got right to work. They were quick and super friendly! When my mom had several questions about the PVC pipes entering and exiting the water heater, Jose patiently explained everything to her, which I really appreciated.

They were quick to respond . They arrived within 2 hours of our call. Jake was very professional and explained what he found in terms we could understand during our furnace diagnostic inspection.
