Richard’s Air Tech is the only heating and air company that I’ll use. They are a father and son company, and do great work, offer fair prices, and are very knowledgeable.
I’ve been using them for several years now, and they have always been very helpful and punctual for repairs; and they will stand behind their work.
They’ve e also been able to come out within about 24hrs of calling, which is a nice bonus as well.
After dealing with a couple of the bigger name heating and air companies that are constantly trying to upsell, and charge absurd markup on parts, it is relieving to have found an honesty company that does good work at a fair price.

A.J. was on time and knowledgeable of our old commercial HVAC. Diagnosed our problem quickly with out trying to up sale us. Honest and Trustworthy is evident in his communication. A little tune up and cleaning and we are good to go!

By the way AJ returned and put new filters in our commercial units! Really helped out our Open Door Church in American Canyon. Now we need to fund raise for the other A/C in another building of our property.

Richard’s Air Tech was amazing. They were quick to respond and had readily available appointments. While here, they were friendly, personable and honest with their assessments. They will be my go to for future needs and projects.

Richard & AJ came out to our home multiple times to help us out until we finally decided to purchase a new unit. They were always SO fast & friendly. Very compassionate and also professional. I can tell that they take pride in their work and care about their customers, which is truly hard to find these days! We are so grateful for their work and their knowledge.

I had called to have my Hvac serviced and asked some questions regarding separating my a/c to top and bottom floors..They took a look and gave me some info/price all reasonable. We set up an appt and they came and did the work. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I will diffently use them again.

My husband called them for heating system is not working. They came the same day to check the system and found out board is bad. They order the board when my husband said ok. Very surprised with their service, so quick after two days they installed the board and heating is working good. Really appreciate their quick response and good service. Very professional and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I had to replace an HVAC a few days after Christmas. Jose Alamo explained everything that needed to be done, and was available to install it the next day. They arrived at 8 a.m. and completed everything a few hours later. The system works great.

I was so incredibly grateful to Jose as he agreed to come out on a Saturday to fix my AC. Our capacitor had gone out and I could not sleep with as warm as it was inside. He showed up on time and had it fixed within minutes. Will definitely be sure to keep him as our AC guy! Thank you, Jose!!

Sergio came out from Alamo heating and cooling and was fast, punctual and had the ac back on within 10 minutes! Defiantly recommend them for any cooling or heating needs!

10/9/23: Sergio provided a seasonal furnace maintenance check today so efficiently, professionally, with timely tips for optimal regulation and performance, all at eminently reasonable cost in less than a half hour. Words can't fully express my gratitude.

I was installing a nest thermostat for a relative and ran into an issue with the wiring, I contacted four different places who all had several day wait times, but Sergio came out within an hour of my call and was able to get the job done super quick. Definitely will use again in the future!

Literally life saving work. Jose, is someone I will appreciate forever. He came to replace our ducts that had an order that was from a dead rodent that was in our ducts. He replaced the ducts and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Then he noticed water dripping from our furnace. He could have left it as it wasn’t apart of our the initial job. He asked if he could assess and look at the cause. He found over 4 inches of water in our furnace! I told him that I wouldn’t have him do the work because I wanted to see if it was covered under our home warranty instead of paying out of pocket at this moment. The home warranty company was contracted with another company. They came out the following day and asked if we had used the heater and we said no because of the smell from the rodent in the ducts. But Jose repaired that so the smell was gone. The home warranty HVAC company stated that apparently our heating coils were rusted from the water in our furnace. If we used the furnace with the coils rusted our house could have released carbon monoxide! Had Jose not took the time to look into it we may have never known and I might be telling you a completely different story! Thank you so much for taking your time be thorough even though you didn’t have to be! Alamo heating and cooling is beyond amazing.
