Technician Sergio trouble shot my AC problem an brought it back running again in no time. He wasted no time removed and replace broken old parts and even provided recommendations.
Sergio was very professional, friendly and the price is very reasonable. If you have AC problem then call Alamo heating and cooling.

Nobody- no electrician, HVAC, or contractor could figure out why my thermostat wouldent go on. Alamo's tech Antonio was the only one who thought to look at the actual breaker itself, and realize the wire was fried. He told me exactly what I needed and although it wasn't his wheelhouse he was able to direct me on exactly what u had to do. I got the switch from Home Depot, and 15 minutes later my heater is back in business. This is the ONLY hvac company I will ever deal with going forward. 10/10

The AC was out and the house was uncomfortably hot during a heatwave in the 100s. I called Alamo amongst a few other HVAC companies to repair as soon as possible. Alamo told me they could come the next day, but then called me back within an hour, and told me they were 12 minutes away. Sergio showed up, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the AC unit within 15 minutes. They accept credit, and were able to send me a receipt digitally. Sergio from Alamo showed great professionalism, and know how. I would definitely recommend them.

When Beutler realized I didn’t want to buy a brand new system, they scheduled me 3 days out. Alamo Heating and Cooling was at my house within an hour, replaced a bad capacitor, and was out of my hair. The price was also reasonable.

Jose has installed a total of 3 AC Units at two of my properties. Service is prompt, reliable and prices are highly competitive. He had the unit ordered and installed within 3 business days right before temperatures hit peak levels this season.

This company is amazing ! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Best customer service. Sergio was here in 10 min, located all the problems with my AC. Honest, reliable, reasonable rates. Very thorough. Highly recommend !!

I'm very happy with the service I received from Alamo Heating and Cooling. Sergio was the technician who took my call, and showed up when he said he would. He came ready to deal with the unique challenge of repairing the 4 dehumidifiers that didn't work. I was a bit surprised how fast he delt with each machine. I now have 4 dehumidifiers that work & fell like he was very professional.

Alamo Heating and Air went above and beyond installing my new HVAC system and they did it quickly. They cleaned up everything and were very professional. I had them come back out to reinstall my damper and again they had gone above and beyond what was asked of them. I highly recommend them and I’ll always be using their services.

Alamo team did a great job installing my new AC unit. Well priced and transparent. Their friendly demeanor and knowledge made it easy to make decisions and never felt unsold.

I called Alamo Heating & Cooling after reading a few reviews on our local Esparto Facebook Neighborhood page. People had good things to say about Sergio and Alamo. I was encouraged that there was a local area vendor/professionals that were good and reliable. I will start the review with after I called Alamo scheduled the call in 24 hours. I asked what the price was for the service call. I was told $80. I agreed. The day prior I had opened the access panel to the unit and observed the overflowing drip tray, I vacuumed the water but it continued to collect and overflow. Sergio arrived next day listened to my description of the issue that the inside blower/evaporative coils drip tray was overflowing and water was leaking in the utility closet at the bottom of the AC/Heating unit. Sergio opened the panel and saw the water. I explained to him that I hadn’t seen hardly any water outside at the pvc drip line and that I was thinking of snaking the drip line to see if a clog might be the problem..
Sergio grabbed his vacuum put it on the pvc pipe and the water rushed out of the drip line.
Within a couple minutes the issue was solved. Now here is where I have the issue with Alamo Heating & Cooling… Sergio grabbed his phone and generated an invoice for $250.
I said I was quoted $80. Sergio said that was for showing up. Usually a period of time would be applied toward the service call fee. I first of all wasn’t offered an explanation of planned service to vacuum the line and was not offered the cost of service to clear the line and if I agreed and accepted the terms. Personally I would have declined. This is the major issue I have with Alamo Cooling & Heating. They were not forthright nor transparent with the service billing cost to vacuum the line (all of about 1 or 2 minutes.) It took Sergio longer to get the vacuum and generate the invoice than it did to clear the line.
I had also inquired about one duct that had stop producing air to the vent. Sergio at least told me that the duct probably just fell off the register vent and I could go below under the crawl space and re-tape the duct. He quoted me $350. If he did that. I declined but at least I was offered the option at that point.
We really make an effort and like to support and utilize our local shops, vendors and resources as we are a small community
My advice based on my experience with Alamo Heating & Cooling is to ask up front exactly what the service solution and fee structure for each phase of work will be.
For Alamo Heating & Cooling as a customer I would suggest informing potential clients exactly what their service pricing structure is. Be clear transparent and forthright.

Very efficient and explained everything we needed. Took care of the issues quickly and very happy with work done and would highly recommend this company!

Great service! My appointment had to be pushed due to a power outage in the area and they made sure to come out the same day when the power came back on. Tech was friendly and had my heater back up and running quickly. Efficient and affordable. Highly recommend!

I had a really disappointing experience with this air conditioning company. The technicians arrived late, seemed unprepared, and took much longer than expected to fix the issue. On top of that, the problem wasn't fully resolved, and I had to call another company to finish the job. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. I would not recommend using their services.

Great service! My AC went out during a heat wave and Alamo Heating and Cooling came out early the same day, 3 hours before the estimated time of arrival. Jose Alamo kept me informed every step of the way with what repairs were taking place, he was very efficient and knowledgeable, and also made it a point to follow-up after the service to make sure everything was still working properly. My AC was back up and running same day which is rare to find now days. I will definitely be using this company again in the future and also referring them to anyone who has heating and cooling issues.

Cleaned the pilot light so heater would ignite ! He was very efficient!!!

I highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable!!! Very competent. On top of that very fair pricing. My unit is kind of old and it’s going to need replacing sooner or later, but they got us up and running. Sergio is really a nice guy and really knows his stuff!

Alamo Heating and Cooling Inc is incredible. Our AC wasn't blowing cold air during a heat wave. He was very considerate of the situation and fit us in between appointments to come take a look. He diagnosed it and had us up and running within minutes. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and the cost was worth every penny. Highly recommend them!
