Extremely satisfied!! Noel showed up on time was done fairly quickly. He did an excellent cleaning job for an affordable price. We will be calling him again for future cleaning jobs. The carpet looked as if it was going to have to be ripped out and replaced before Noel saved it. It literally looks brand new again.

Noel is very effective and does not cut corners. He also invested in the latest steam cleaning machine. He's a professional and efficient, and more importantly his value is unbeatable! Without a good steam cleaning machine your carpets won't get clean. Awesome job. Carpet is white. Will use you every time. Highly recommend them.

When we went out of town, our dogs peed all over our carpet! I thought we'd need to get it replaced but I'm so glad we first tried PRIME CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING. Mike came out the same day we called and did an excellent job!! No more pee smell! He was on time, kind and professional and really made my sectional feel brand new which is great! This is the second time I've used this company and I'd recommend and use them again.

They did an incredible job cleaning my bedroom carpet!!! There were some tough stains that they couldn't remove on the first try but they made 2-3 attempts using different approaches and were ultimately able to make the carpets look brand new. They did a great cleaning job and were much more reasonably priced than several other carpet cleaning companies we have contacted or used. I would definitely recommend them.

Brady arrived on time, was very pleasant, and did a great job on the carpets! He did a thorough job, was very professional, and was very prompt. He was flexible in scheduling an appointment. He really helped with pet odors as well. Very through and takes his time to go over the details with you and also suggestions for future care of your carpet. Horrible company. First of all, the owner (Beata Vass) was very rude to us. Second, the EuroShine staff was young, very inexperienced, and sloppy--they left the house dirty.

They could not even follow simple instructions or attend to detail. And when we pointed out the many problems, all they did was argue with us. EuroShine was a nightmare! We should have hired a maid service for a fraction of the high price that EuroShine charged.

I've utilized Guy a modest bunch of times and he won't ever disillusion. Very open, incredibly decent, and amusing to converse with! Likewise the rugs look SO much better. He accomplishes brilliant work. Unquestionably suggest!

SO BAD!!!!!

First off, when the "technician" arrived, he said the estimate I got on the phone did not include soap. If I wanted him to uses soap it would be twice the price.

He "finished" the job (cleaning one large Livingroom) in literally 10 minutes. Packed up his equipment and than insisted I pay and tip him. When I said I was not satisfied with the job and would not tip him, he became argumentative and used foul language.

In the end I could see the starburst pattern on the carpet where he clearly just stood in one spot, did a bunch of quick swipes and called it done.
