I NEVER post about businesses but this is an exception:

Over a period of 14 years, I have used Carpet Savers four times, most recently in November 2022.  I had been neglectful in cleaning my carpets and kitchen/bath tile: for 5 years! Well after five years I got grossed out looking at a whole new shade of black carpets and finally called in THE BEST carpet cleaners.  The entry to my apartment was as BLACK AS NIGHT night and there was no way anyone or anything could take that out along with similar areas after five years.

I called Kenny the owner of Carpet Savers ( located in mid-valley), and he sent out his crew Mario and his son Mario Jr. As always prompt, clean, masked with their "500 pound industrial" on-board-truck machine. I showed them the worst carpets in Los Angeles and told them I'd be happy if they just changed the color of my beige carpet from midnight black to light black. Low expectations. I pointed to areas of my carpet, tile, and a part of the stained WHITE sofa. The guys went at it and I watched for a while and came back only to find what looked like absolutely brand-new carpets. Totally stunned that the black entry carpet area ABSOLUTELY VANISHED after FIVE years of neglect. Not a sign or a hint of black. My carpets truly glistened new (they are 15 years old). My kitchen/bath tiles were brand-new and super clean. My sofa cushion where I sit the most returned to super white.  My apartment was brand new!!!  They even cleaned various floor mats.

As I watched, Mario and Mario, Jr they took time to get every crevasse and spot with such pride in their work. They worked their a*****s off and took such care in their work. I tipped them and hard work well. Real old-school prideful hard work. You don't see that effort much anymore.  It was as refreshing as my carpets.

After five years of neglect, I put them to the test and they got five years of dark, grungee carpets into sparkling new carpets.! The pricing was exceptionally reasonable ( I would have paid more and expected it would be). They take credit cards. I put Carpet Cleaners up against the expensive big boys. No need to pay for their TV ads (like Stanley Steamer, Coit, etc). It's all in the work, taking pride and a "500-pound industrial sucking machine" :). PLEASE, go with Carpet Savers! Such nice people and happy to support a family business that takes incredible pride in their work. You won't be sorry....they will turn even your dirtiest impossible-to-clean carpets sheening new!  Get on the phone...go...go-head!

I had these guys clean my carpets over a year ago, when they were done I decided to take them up on the demo of cleaning my grout (tiles installed 8 years ago, never cleaned afterwards ever). The tile grout looked like they had just been installed. The crew was professional, moved our furniture, were polite, and concentrated on work. I have utilized other services in the past, however once you find a good local company like the Carpet Savers, you never look back! -- I just called them again today to schedule an appointment, and the attitude is still customer centric.

Fantastic service and brilliant results! We had all the carpets in our house cleaned and were very pleased with the finished result. The carpets were not only very clean but were almost dry with no horrible 'after smells' which we'd had with previous companies. And to my surprise talking with Kenny I commented that I was a teacher and on top of a reasonable estimate he gave me additional discount. There are A LOT of awful scam story cleaning companies out there. They are mostly call centers who don’t have their own employees or their own vans. I ended up calling these guys and Kenny really knows his stuff and is very trustworthy. I had Mario and Mario come to my apartment and they did an amazing job. Can’t thank them enough for being professional and trustworthy. BEWARE of other carpet cleaners out there. THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS especially when they are all recent with no old reviews. They will send out other companies with different names because you are not calling a company but a call center. Carpet Savers is the best and save yourself the hassle of getting scammed and having to get it fixed.
