I was thoroughly impressed with this company! I called them to repair my air conditioner because it kept tripping the breaker after a power outage. Their technician, Dzmitry, arrived extremely quickly and went far beyond what I expected from an AC repair.

He rapidly identified the blown capacitor but when he replaced it and we turned the system back on, it blew the breaker again - multiple times. We struggled to get the system running for more than 3 minutes. He spent a good hour on the roof in scorching heat rechecking every part of the system, replacing capacitors, measuring electrical currents, but still couldn't figure out why it kept happening.

He then checked the breaker box where we noticed the breaker was getting warm and found the electrical current to be normal. Back up to the roof again.

After another hour in the blistering heat (I kept offering water but he insisted he was fine) he came back down and took off the panel from the breaker box. He discovered that all the tripping had caused a wire to loosen as well as shifted the breaker away from its connection, resulting in an arc. He tightened the wire, put everything back in place, and we tried again.

Then he waited for 20 minutes as the AC ran to ensure the breaker wouldn't trip again. I'm thrilled to say it's been running smoothly ever since.
