I would not recommend this service to anyone. I called them on June 5, 2021, and was quoted $65 for a diagnostic by Greg. The HVAC check revealed that the air filter needed to be replaced and Freon should be installed with a minimum capacity of 2.5-3 pounds. This was a complete fabrication - I had made an error, not them. Later, I switched to another company, Cal Climate Control, who offered a free diagnostic. Danny quickly identified the issue: a faulty switch on the HVAC unit located on the roof, which he promptly fixed. The air conditioning started working immediately. Needless to say, I will never do business with Ice Age HVAC again and have zero trust in Mike and Greg.
