I cannot say enough good stuff about this experience. Michael and his HVAC person checked out my heating unit issues and identified the problems. I had not done any service since 2013 so they cleaned it all up, replaced a part in both AC and Heating units. Cleaned the filter and the AC unit outside. Everything is like new and has a warranty and includes another two services over the next two years. They were professional, clear to understand and I trusted them 100%. Keep this information for when you need someone in the LA area. AND their costs are kept down by working on referrals only. Keep my name as a referral... it gives you a savings in the visit cost.

I have to say Sean and his team truly delivered with their work. I called them up one day after my system just shut down out of the blue and they were at my house almost instantly. They diagnosed the issue fast, explained all what they were going to do very thoroughly and got everything repaired the same day. I saw his advertisement and called for a quote, he came over and gave me all my options and explained what’s going on with my current system very thoroughly. My Experience with Ultracool Heating and Air was absolutely amazing. My AC was pushing out warm air and wasn’t working at all. Sean happened to be in the area and came out the same day I called and provided me with a fair, competitive price. But it wasn’t only pricing, it was the honest, professionalism, and charisma. He was the fairest that has come out to my place, and offered even better warranty than the more expensive companies. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable from the jump and decided to go with Sean a couple of days ago, and today he finished the project and did a perfect job. Highly recommended and when you call ask for Sean!

Sean was great! We went through 3 different AC Technicians until we got a hold of Sean and his amazing team and let me tell you we are so thankful to have come across such an honest and respectful young man! My system was experiencing a lot of problems and every contractor we brought out to take a look at told us we needed to spend an arm and a leg to fix it. Sean provided us with an honest service and a very fair deal and kept our home clean and treated it as if it were his own. We appreciate everything he and his team did for us.
