I had an excellent experience with this company for my AC service! Sean, the owner of the company, was super attentive, he really listened to our concerns and helped us find a solution. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and fast. His technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained what needed to be done before getting started.

We were having severe issues with odd smells coming from our hvac system.
They quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a thorough cleaning and tune-up, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. They were really honest and straight to the point. no unnecessary upselling and really gave attention to my concerns.

My AC is finally running the way it should and we feel so much more comfortable in our home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and friendly HVAC service. If I have any more issues or need any new installments I’ll definitely use them again in the future!!

Frank was very professional, fixed my air conditioning and checked all my sistem in one hour an a half, I am very satisfied.

Frank is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He responds in a timely manner and will get to you as soon as he can. He’s put in our tankless water heater and our mini split AC unit in our garage. Always leaves a clean area upon completion.

My family are sleeping at ease, thanks to Frank and his professional team! We had a major backup with our sewer line which was broken by roots from our oak tree. We called a few companies for estimates of cost and time and non worked for us until we spoke with Customs Seasons. They pulled their permits and worked from all day to fix the issue and they came through. We are forever grateful and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs anything for their peace of mind.

Highly recommend Frank and his team ! Had an issue with my HVAC system and Frank was on site within 2 hours of contacting him to diagnose the problem. Then came back multiple times, including a Sunday, to make sure he repaired the system so we could get the house back to a comfortable temperature. Thanks for the quick service and doing what it takes to repair the system fully. We felt like we were good hands the entire time.

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Amadeus Heating & Air. We had a *VERY* old and outdated system that need a complete replacement and Steve was absolutely delightful to work with - friendly, courteous, professional, and really efficient.
