Had a kitchen sink back up...Alfonso arrived within the hour...took care of business. Not only was Alfonso qualified and knowledgable he was one of those exceptional human beings who really was there to help. He's the guy to ask for if available. I highly recommend.

Make It Drain Plumbing exceeded all my expectations. Jaime was punctual, professional, and proficient. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, leaving no mess behind. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch plumbing services!

We had a blockage in our bathroom sink, and Ruben came the next day to resolve things. Ruben was considerate and explained everything very clearly for us. The issue was resolved quickly and was charged at 99 dollars, as promised by the company advertisment for blockage removal. We were very impressed, thank you Ruben.

This company (or perhaps just the technician they sent out) severely took advantage of my family.

We had a leak on the second floor in the master shower. MID was available for 24-hour emergency service. They came out quickly, found, and stopped the leak.

The shower valve cartridge was bad and needed to be replaced. We were quoted $375 for labor (including the initial visit) plus parts. No problem.

When the same tech came back, he replaced the cartridge and valve. I was at work at the time, so my wife paid him...$1575.00!

The cartridge and hardware were approximately $200. So the maximum we should have been looking at was around $600. Not nearly three times that cost.

Obviously, if I were there, I would have protested. My wife didn't know about the previously quoted price and just paid it, because she trusted him, as you should be able to from a reputable company.

The techs name is Alfonso. When I called him, he actually laughed off my concerns. He told me that was "the going rate." After searching online, the quote range for a shower cartridge replacement ranges from $300-700, which is what his original quote was.

Where did the $1575 come from? I have no idea. He is a crooked man. He took advantage of us in a vulnerable situation. He knew that if he came when I wasn't home, my wife would be more likely to just pay the bill, no questions asked.

The fact that he laughed it off and basically told me "too bad" is unbelievable.

By the way, I have the whole work order with the above information and quote in writing. Interestingly, after I had signed the quote, he filled in a separate section with the new amount in the "authorization of work" in a different color ink, AFTER the job was done.

If Alfonso is the type of person this company employs, they're willing to steal your money, lie to you, and forget documents, I highly advise you to look elsewhere.

Do not hire Make It Drain.

Ceaser A. Guzman, the plumber is an awesome worker. We called him three different times and he was on the problem within the hour. We are very satisfied with his work!

I had an emergency, the toilet got clogged late at night. Jesse came to me very quickly and fixed everything in 10 minutes, he literally saved me from ruin.

We had an evening plumbing emergency and needed a plumber to come immediately. Make It Drain sent someone over in less than an hour. I was mentally preparing myself for a really expensive repair and was amazed that an after-hour service call was less than $500. The plumber was very nice and did terrific work. Make It Drain will become our default plumbing service for future work.

Really poor follow through when we had work done at our place and their plumber was supposed to come back the next day, he was a no show and we were ghosted during our attempts to message and call. Ended up having to scramble and call another plumbing company.

I’m a commercial property manager and experienced a plumbing emergency at a high end retail store last weekend. My normal contractor was unavailable and I began making calls to find somebody who could provide emergency service.

I am incredibly fortunate to find Jaime and Make it Drain. Jaime arrived promptly and we immediately dove in together to identify the issue and work towards a solution. Jaime clearly possessed an expert level knowledge, but I was also struck by his demeanor and communication style. He was calm, cool, collected and broke down his thought process.

We resolved the issue and the work finally finished fairly late on Saturday night. Given all this, the price was very fair as well.

Very grateful to have met Jaime. He is now my go-to plumber moving forward

I brought Jaime and Peter back to repair two major issues along the clean out drain, and they did so in a manner that was minimally invasive. Rather than excavating significant sections of concrete in the parking lot, they had the creativity to go down through adjacent flower beds, and then dig across to the problem areas. This saved a significant amount of time, labor, money. Their explanation of the issues was clear and helpful.

I got quotes from larger contractors given the nature of my client and the building. I took a chance by going with these guys. That chance paid off in the big way. Excellent work, again

They charged me $1270 for labor less than 2 hours of work. Very Expensive $$$$
