These guys are the best! We've used them twice and one of the times they even told us we disnt need them to do what we asked. We just didn't know better. They saced us hundreds of dollars. Super honest and super dependable. Even called them on a holiday weekend and got a super fast visit and just regular service fee. Amazing!

Great company. Came to my mothers home and replaced the drain pipes. Definatly would use them again !

Definitely would recommend Make it Drain! The hot water in one of our properties was having issues, and it turned out there were a lot of issues with it from it's original installation. Our technician, Daniel, was very professional and efficient at getting the issues solved and making sure everything would continue to work well in the future.

Called Al. phonso the day before Thankgving with problem with my garbage disposal. He came at the appointed time. Showed me how blades were damaged and how to still use it without replacing it. Charged me the minimum. $59 very pleased

I called this company and they sent a guy named Alfonso. I told him I had a leak in my sprinkler valve and pvc pipe connection and the water shut off valves were not working so I was unable to turn the water fully off. This guy came and looked around and said he can come tomorrow to fix. I asked him how much and he gave me a ridicules estimate of $1250. Shut off valves cost $12 each x 3 = $36, 3/4 male pvc adapter cost $0.29. He said he can finish the job in 30 min. I guess he changes $2400 an hour. Heart surgeons make around $200 an hour. This company is a rip off. I gave the guy his $75 service fee for doing nothing and sent him away.

Peter came out to our townhome in Reseda to unclog a clogged toilet and performed a sewer camera inspection (at no charge) on our pipes to see how bad they are. He was very patient, wore a mask, was on time and charged us a very fair rate. We are pleased with his professionalism and expertise. We will definitely give him a call next time when issues arise. I was soooo satisfied with make it drain;especially Ruben H. . My kitchen wall mount was installed in 1921 .when the house was built.He came in updated the old pipes and work to install a new facuet....all in a matter of hours. Single ladies..if you need a plumber call Ruben @ make it drain and feel confident that job is professionally and right!!!

So responsive and friendly! Ruben was amazing and fixed my kitchen sink clog. He gave a lot of his time and care to make sure it was flowing perfectly before leaving. Two thumbs up. Thank you!

Jaime from Make It Drain just left after installing a new toilet and hauling off my old one. He also replaced a defective part in my combo/bathtub and shower. Jaime was professional, informative, courteous and I’m thrilled with the work he did.

I contacted yesterday about a plumbing estimate. I exchange texts with the guy, he asks for address, I gave it, we set a window of 9-11am. I take that window off work, and the time rolls around. Nothing. Around 11am I text to ask for an ETA, to which I get the blunt reply 'you never sent address.'

It was literally three texts up, and we'd continued texting afterwards, implying he received it. I don't know what's going on, but it was all irresponsible and messed up my work day for no reason.

I had a clogged kitchen drain and cracked pipes that caused water to back up and leak from the ceiling of my garage. Alfonso and David were sent out and found the source of the problem immediately. They both were very professional and explained the steps needed to fix the issue. When they finished their work, they cleaned up and left it looking better than it did. I would definitely use this company again!

I called Make It Drain out due to my mainline backing up. It was happening quite often and the other company that I had been using wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to fix my problem. The technician that came out to my home sent a camera down the line, found the problem and fixed it in the same day. The price was fair and I have not had any problems since. I had an all around great experience from the receptionist to the technician. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them if any other problems should arise. Job well done!

Emmanuel was great. He was friendly, communicated well, and arrived on time. We appreciated that the company was able to send someone out the next day after we reported our issue. Emmanuel was very efficient with the job (kitchen sink pressure and operation issues), figuring out the problem in about 10 seconds, and he gave some good recommendations for fixes. After a leaky pipe caused water damage to my home, I had then redo all the plumbing in my house in copper piping. They did an excellent job. Their price was 1/3 of another quote that I'd gotten. They worked hard to do an excellent job. I would definitely work with them again.
