Sevan and Able were so patiently worked on my electric heater under a tight spot where there is no room to work around. The heater is located under the staircase. Their work is commendable. Excellent same-day service! I called because our Noritz tankless water heater wasn’t working and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Rosie, who quickly scheduled a visit. Two great plumbers, Brandon and Sevan, arrived the same day to fix our water heater and repair a pipe leak. They were professional, helpful, and efficient. Outstanding service all around!

This is Scott. I had sewer branch repair work done at my home on Little Tujunga Canyon Rd, including a 2” sewer branch repair and the addition of a shower P-trap (which I supplied; it was not purchased by the contractor).

I am 72 years old and was in a difficult position because I only have one shower in my home and needed the repair completed quickly. Before I had a fair opportunity to review the quote, the contractor handed me his phone and asked me to sign to approve the work. I was not given adequate time to review the full scope or total cost before signing, and I was not provided with a physical copy of the estimate at that time.

I was charged $6,664.86 for what was described as a 10-foot extension. After reviewing the work performed and the amount of time spent on the job, the cost feels extremely excessive and disproportionate to the work completed.

A manager later called me, and I explained my concerns in detail. He told me he would call me back the following day, but I never received a return call. That lack of follow-up only added to my frustration.

Overall, I feel the situation was handled unfairly and without proper transparency, especially given my age and the urgency of my situation. I believe this matter should be investigated, and I will be filing a complaint with the Contractors State License Board. Seniors should not feel pressured or taken advantage of during necessary home repairs.

Update: 2-27-26***
I was contacted the same day I wrote this review and was told that someone would be calling me within a couple of days to address the situation. That call never came. At this point, I can’t say I’m surprised, just extremely disappointed and frustrated. It feels like empty promises and a complete lack of follow through.

We had an emergency situation with the water heater at midnight and i called Sav-On Plumbing and Rooter they were there very fast and the work was great. I am very satisfied and I would recommend everyone to call Gary if you have any plumbing issues!

Will never be using them again- and you shouldn’t use them either!! I used them in the past, and they were great. Don’t know what happened, but the two idiots they sent were Laurel and Hardy- definitely not plumbers. We had an appointment window last Friday from
12-3 pm. They didn’t show up until 4:20- no phone call or anything to let me know they were running late.
First strike!
Second strike: they said they couldn’t fix our bathroom sink nor the kitchen faucet because they didn’t have the right items in their van. I offered to go to the shop to pick up the parts, but they said it would take too long.
I told them to not take anything apart and to come back another time because I only have one bathroom sink and toilet, and one kitchen sink. They insisted they could do some of the work, such as clearing the clog in the sink- which still isn’t fixed…

Third strike: without checking the sink and the drain pipe, they immediately started running a snake- they broke the metal down tube and now my sink leaks- a bucket is now placed underneath to catch the drips. After several attempts with the snake, they disassembled the pipe and trap- after they broke the down tube pipe!!

Fourth strike- they broke my brand new cabinet by leaning on the door whenever the guy got up from the kneeling position.
He didn’t even apologize or tell me it was broken.
Fifth strike: they left a huge mess for me to clean up.
They didn’t seem to really know what they were doing- I heard them speaking to each other and one of them definitely didn’t understand what needed to be done.

Sixth strike: they were supposed to come back on Monday to fix everything, and no phone call or attempt to reschedule after 5 days.

Seventh strike: scored the finish on my kitchen sink faucet and left tape visible!!! Seriously???

I’ll be looking for a new plumber. And I’ll be spending some money to fix what these jokers broke. Not cool at all, Fred Morrow Plumbing. I should be sending you a bill for $600.00 for everything your so called plumbers broke. That doesn’t even include the new plumber’s hourly fee for work. I had to go out and buy everything myself.
I don’t even know how they are going to repair my new bathroom vanity. I’m mad as hell. Not even going to waste my time calling them to hear lousy apologies.

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst plumber EVER!!!!! I need to have my shower cartridge replaced, the plumber came. He was not able to get the cartridge out, then proceeded to try to upsell me on some other service. He did not get the original job done. HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!!!

I have used them several times. They are great! Honest and prompt. I will continue to use them.

They did not check the entire sewer line and there was a huge amount of roots found in the downstairs toilet. I had them come back out regarding the roots found when snaking the toilet and they said you just need to replace the toilet which was completely wrong.

They have been doing our plumbing for over 23 years. I would not use anyone else. Their plumbers are excellent.
