Very slow with customers. A lot of people in line coming to buy just a few couplings. It takes them 10 min to finish each sell. Plus clients call constantly to order things, so salesmen spend time answering calls while people are waiting in line.

I buy from Ferguson a lot and all over. I never got such a disrespectful attitude from anyone like I got from sam - the slaes manger.
He acts like a bully to customers and I will never buy from this store again.

Good place to get supplies IF you're ordering online.

When there's more staff than there are customers and it still takes 45 minutes to get service to just look up an item number, that's a problem.
