What a service! John M. (I think that was his name) totally walked me through everything I needed to tackle replacing my KOHLER shower valve. Just finished installing it and I am happy to say that it’s 100% dialed in. If I (total amateur) can do it, you can do it. FERGUSON rocks! Totally coming back.

Ferguson is a great plumbing distributor and the level of service offered at this location is great. It's important to keep in mind that there's a lot of foot traffic at this location so if you're going here, expect a line. Just know that once it's your turn to be helped, this team has got you covered!

I'm regular homeowner and expected to be brushed off to the side since I'm not a contractor or certified plumber. I was WRONG...the representative took his time to help me select the unit and educated me on the Gas Company's rebate program. I will come back again.

Terrible service, they all act stupid on the computers and ignore you

Was told they had the exact same model Rheem water heater that we currently have when we called and needed to swap it out. When I was there, I asked if it was exactly the same, and was told it was the exact same model. Once we got home, we realized it was not the same, the pipes don't line up, and it was $500 cheaper than the model we had. Called back to get it changed and was told we would need to pay for an "upgrade" since the one we now had (the one they claimed was exactly the same) was cheaper than the one we had before. What a scam!

This is my absolute #1 Go-to store for all things PLUMBING.... The staff is amazing. Great customer service combined with excellent product knowledge equals a great shopping experience!!!! (Manny) is the Captain of the ship and this place runs like a well oiled machine. Thank you Ferguson for allowing me to grow my business. A big shout out to Robert (Bob) Hicks as well for giving me a kick in the but to get my own company started. His influence has impacted my carrier tremendously and I'm extremely thankful for him.

While trying to repair a leak on my water pressure regulator I discovered there was a piece broken, I took it to 2 shops looking for a replacement. I was told they didn't carry the part, to buy the repair kit (which I had and didn't include this part), and that I'd have to replace the whole unit. Before giving up I thought I'd try one more time. I called this Ferguson location and spoke to Mike. He tried to help me on the phone which was hard to do so I decided to drive there. Alex was at the counter and he was ready to help. He was working through the problem looking for the solution and Mike came out with the info he had pulled up before I even arrived. They were able to order the correct replacement part. I'm very grateful they were willing to put effort into helping me. They saved me more of a headache and a bunch of money!

Seems the new manager, Hector has things moving in the right direction. Always helpful and stocked. Thanks for all the hard work.

My plumber suggested I go there and when plumber open the box, there were pieces missing. When I called the store about it, they transferred me to the Corp office who said the pieces I am missing are not part of the package ( as shown on the box and on the instruction) and that I would need to pay to have it shipped only to receive it in few days. My plumber already had begun work so I went back to the store to return it and surprise, they found the missing pieces. I would never go there again. It looks like they sold me a previously opened box of faucets. It wasnt worth the trip. I will just go to a big box hardware store next time.

Me: “ hi. Is now a good time to take about a plumbing issue?”

T&m: “no.”

Me: “When’s a good time to call?”

T&m: “probably never.”

Then he hung up.

I am shocked.

I am very dissatisfied with the plumbing company referred by our HOA management. They never answer their phone calls, and when you leave a message, they don't call back. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Furthermore, they consistently delay their appointments by at least an hour. Punctuality is crucial, especially for a service-oriented business, and their inability to arrive on time is unacceptable. It seems this issue is a common complaint among their customers, yet nothing has been done to address it.

I'm surprised and disappointed that our HOA management continues to refer this company despite these persistent problems. I expected a higher standard of service and reliability.
