In a matter of a couple of hours, Javier & crew had several crews on-site. They found the blockage and cleaned it up. A couple of days later, they sent us with an estimate to fix the pipes, ensuring we wouldn't have problems in the future—fast service.

i’m really thankful for these plumbers in van nuys. after struggling with septic tank problems and plumbing issues for months, and trying out several different companies without any luck, i finally called these guys. maurice showed up and found my septic tank in just a few minutes, which nobody else could do. he also found a clog in our downstairs shower drain that was causing all the trouble. he suggested we get the septic tank pumped, so i booked another appointment and they came back and handled everything quickly and cleanly. prices are fair and they worked super efficiently. if i ever have another plumbing problem, i’ll definitely call them again!

after googling about 'water heater sacrificial anode rod,' i learned it's a good idea to get the anode checked every couple of years. so, at three years, i called a local plumbing company in van nuys. senior plumber maurice and his apprentice came out to take a look. together, we found out the anode rod in my bradford white water heater had completely dissolved, probably because i have a water softener. even though my water heater still had a six year tank warranty, i wanted to take care of things early with some preventive maintenance. maurice replaced the anode rod with an o.e.m. part, and we agreed to check it again in two years. while they were here, they also handled some extra warranty work for me. last year, this same company installed my furnace and air conditioner, and everything has been working great, especially in the van nuys heat. i really recommend these plumbers if you want honest service and good work.

first of all, the important things... jason responded fast to my call, showed up on time each visit, and was really clean, polite, and friendly. he did a great job fixing my plumbing issues at a fair price. i'm definitely happy with his work. he re-built 3 leaky outdoor faucets, replaced a leaking shower faucet, fixed a leaking shutoff valve in the basement, and swapped out a corroded valve for my whole house humidifier. i will call him for any future plumbing problems. if you need a plumber in van nuys, you won't be disappointed with his work.

We had a fantastic experience. Terry came out to replace our Water Pressure Control Valve and Water Heater, arriving within a few hours on a Saturday. When the water pressure valve stops working, water pressure in the house can go over 120 PSI when it should be closer to 45 PSI, which puts a lot of stress on toilets and water heater parts. I think that's what happened in our situation. With our older house, the plumbing spaces have gotten tighter since water heaters have become larger over time. Terry was able to adjust the plumbing so I can now easily reach the spigot valve to turn off the hose in Winter, which used to be stuck far behind the water heater and hard to access. I really appreciated Terry’s friendly and professional attitude, and how he found a solution for our older plumbing setup. I would definitely recommend these plumbers. The price was excellent!

They were very courteous and professional, and even though the cost was a bit higher, the quality of their tools and workmanship made it all worthwhile. The team, including the water heater, a/c, and furnace installers, was top-notch, and Terry was incredibly patient, helping me through the payment and installation steps. After everything was done, I wanted some reassurance about the air pressure upstairs and hoped someone would come back to assist me, but no one did. It wasn't a huge issue since everything else went smoothly, but it did slightly affect my overall impression. Also, while the a/c estimate was complimentary, there was a fee for the electrical job estimate.

Terry carefully checked everything and discovered that the water softener had cracked, letting salt get into the plumbing and clogging the faucet strainers. He took apart a couple of faucets, cleaned out the strainers, and got the water flowing like normal again. Terry was super helpful and professional, and even though we offered, he didn't charge us for the service. Really great plumber and top-notch service! I am really happy with Quick Neighborhood Plumbing. I had a slab leak in my home in Van Nuys and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, since there were no wet or warm spots, but water was leaking fast. I first contacted another highly rated company, but they wanted to charge extra just to find the leak with their equipment, and then more to fix it. Then I called Quick Neighborhood Plumbing, who told me they have a flat rate for slab leaks, plus the cost of parts, and the price to find the leak was included. Their base rate was much lower than the first company. Maurice and Connor came out, and they really knew what they were doing. They worked quickly, were polite, and got the job done right. After a couple weeks, the repair is still holding strong, and the final bill for parts was actually less than the estimate. All in all, the job was done well, the price was fair, and the whole experience was great.

We're planning a full repiping for our house in the future, probably after the busy summer months. Five stars just don’t do justice to their service. We've called them three times now, most recently for several leaks that popped up after we turned the water back on. About fifteen minutes after my call, Connor showed up to check everything out. In just two hours, he had replaced seven leaky under-sink valves and got our water running smoothly again. I thought I’d have to stay at a hotel for the night, but thanks to their quick response, I was able to remain at home.
