Plumbing reviews in Van Nuys, California

My plumber went all the way to the valley...30 miles away from our house to exchange a Rheem water heater that was still under warranty. That's another story. He brought back a bill from Hajoca with a $167 exchange fee for upgrade of the heater...that bill was passed onto me the customer. I contacted Rheem and they stated that there shouldn't of been any "upgrade fee" especially as it related to receiving a more efficient machine. In addition I was charged a restocking fee...for a broken down water heater. In my opinion this $167 charge should never have happened!

Very friendly staff. I go in and get my material in a timely manner. The people behind the counter are friendly and seem to know their parts. I feel very comfortable shopping there and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend shopping there.

Great customer service. I had to buy a hose for my dryer, i wasn’t too sure what I was doing and they walked me step by step through the entire process before I bought everything. Nice people running this establishment. I would recommend them.

I usually never do reviews but this place is worthy to do a review. Best plumbing supply in the valley by far knowledgeable personnel, friendly go above and beyond customer service it has pretty much every single plumbing repair part you can think prices are way below to other plumbing supplies and the best of all these guys are always welcome you when you here will definitely recommended this place.
