HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I went here to get 2 water supply lines and I was happy with the purchase. I also got other stuff too. I went home to install a new bathroom vanity to find that the water supply lines were too short. Went back at 5:02 pm to exchange them only to find they closed for the day. As I needed them that day I rushed over to Home Depot. 2 days later came back to see if I could get my money back or exchange them. (If he said no I wouldn’t have cared because it totals $11.00. Anyways…

THIS MAN STRAIGHT GRABBED THE ITEMS AND SAID: “ I’m having a bad day but I guess I’ll return them” then he went to the register and said “oh you know what THESE ARENT MY ITEMS I CAN SHOW U MINE LOL. Ok…. That’s super laughable I said “im a very honest person don’t accuse me of that, im not gonna put up with this if you don’t wanna return it it’s fine” BUTTTT SERIOUSLY WOW WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT OF a establishment.

I would never do such a thing and this man shouldn’t have a business if he’s always having a bad day. Feel bad for him hopefully he realizes he’s the one spreading the negativity. NEVER COMING HERE EVER again. For $11.00 I am trying to return fake product or what?!? What a weirdoooooooo

They are great and take care of all of my plumbing needs. Michael and Victor are very knowledgeable and fair. Will use them again!

Been using Reckon and Reckon for our plumbing for many years. We’ve been very happy with the quality of their service and feel their prices are fair as well.

Tech was same as last time we had service. He had a helper who was pretty quiet. They performed the needed service and was done in a short period of time. I like that they are local.

Reckon & Reckon has always been timely and responsive when I've required their services. They do quality work at a fair price.

Don't waste your time with this plumber. I had Victor came to my house to fix pipe leak under slab. He was not only playing game with me to take the money without fixing but also not knowledgeable.
First he made me to wait 7 days to come. After he finally came, he brought leak detector and together gave me couple of time very inaccurate evaluation of location of pipes. For example he said the location of your hot water pipe is right below the cold water pipe under slap. Thanks god I had picture of the pipe from last time that was showing very clearly his information was totally inaccurate.

Also he refused to come and see the area to give me his estimate. He gave estimate on phone low end to high end with $1000 range different. When he finally gave his final estimate, he gave very high price and refused to lower it. Due to lack of water and urgency I had no time to wait for another plumber, I accepted even that high estimate. He put a bill in front of me for showing up to give his final estimate and cost of his leak detection and said he can't fix the leak but you have to pay me. I think he didn't even know how to fix it or playing game all this time to rub me.

I must also mention, he charged me for leak detector and refused even to provide the pipe locations that the leak detector found. This is extremely indecent company. I am very dissatisfied with them.

Michael was excellent in explaining what the work entails. Response time was great as well. Friendly and courteous.

Today my garbage disposal stopped working and I reached out to Reckon. Steve, the owner, talked me through a quick diagnosis and fix over the phone with no charge to me. What a mensch! I appreciated his honesty above all and will trust him to take care of me if a real problem should arise in the future. Thanks Steve!

Reckon & Reckon plumbers are always responsive and doing a good job understanding with various repair work and installation as well. I highly recommend their services.

Reckon & Reckon are the best. Their work is great. They arrive on time. And do their work the right way, the first time. the plumbers are professional and polite. They are my plumbers from now on.

Called these guys with a problem with my toilet tank not filling up.
They scheduled a time to come out and were on time. Calling 30 minutes to give me a head's up and showing up very early in the window given.

They were very friendly and listened to what the problem was, did an assessment and gave me a quote after explaining what the problem was and how they intended to fix it.

Work was done quickly and efficiently and they even checked the other faucets and toilets just to be safe.

I recommend them to anyone who has issues!

We had a gas leak in a pipe behind the dryer. SoCal Gas had turned off the gas. Mike from Reckon & Reckon was able to locate the leak which was difficult to do with the gas turned off. He was professional and efficient. We will certainly use them again and are happy to recommend them.

Reckon & Reckon are the most professional plummers I have ever dealt with. It started with Victor giving me a call that he was on his way. When Victor and Daniel arrived, they first put on booties so as not to transfer possible dirt on their shoes into my house. Victor assessed the problem of why the toilet was sounding as though it was refilling a couple of times a day. He promptly fixed it as well as fixing the flush handle all the while being polite, low-keyed, and very patient with all my questions. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them.

Victor showed up within an hour from my call. Did a great job fixing our leak. He had to cut out a portion of the wall...clean cut. Very professional. Steve, the owner, called me the next morning out of courtesy. I'm a satisfied customer. Highly recommend Reckon & Reckon!

Many years ago, around 2005, Reckon was recommended and I called them. They did a good enough job, I guess, with copper repipe under house and other jobs like some new faucets.

Years later 5/2017, I inquired about front yard sprinkler system replacement. The owner’s “second in command” came out and surveyed the situation but said they “really did not do that type of work.”

But... within ONE hour the owner called me to say they did do that work so I trusted him and foolishly agreed to the project. The person they assigned to the job, Rufus, was obviously new to the company and very quickly appeared to be in way over his head.

There were no written ‘plans’ for the system, old style sprinkler heads were used, pipes were inappropriately placed in odd places, the job took forever and has been a nightmare ever since. I was not home to watch this work take place every day and stupidly trusted that it would be done right.

I paid far too much for this very shoddy work and should never have agreed to let the greedy owner take advantage of my lack of understanding of sprinkler systems and outdoor water pressure issues, etc.

I contacted an actual sprinkler company and they came out. They were sorry to report that I had really been “taken,“ and said that they would have charged just one third of what I paid, (paid Reckon $6,400) but for a professionally done system instead of the mess I got.

I tried to get the Reckon owner to refund part of my misspent money but of course he flat out refused. I could have tried to sue in small claims court, but CA State licensing data does allow for house plumbers to take on sprinkler jobs, though very few attempt it. Numerous good plumbers I have used at my house since that fiasco have stated that landscape issues and house plumbing issues are so different that no one should hire a house plumber for landscaping projects.

Live and learn- but I would never recommend Reckon for anything at all after that expensive but lousy, ineffective “sprinkler job.”
