My Apartment building is quite old, and have lots of problems (with kitchen,bathroom and bath tub sinks, )It has been a week that my kitchen sink was clogged and I have been looking for solutions, I've tried all home remedy which none of them worked. I called New flow plumbing company on (Memorial Day )and Arman came in a short period of time he observed all around the kitchen area and brought his snake machine and used it, after half and our my sink was clean and water was flowing , unbelievable .Arman brought new flow to my old pipes and even clean them as well. Outstanding work, l recommend him 100% whoever needs plumbing work small or huge . God bless you aboundantly

I am very pleased with the quality of the work Arman did. He was over here for over 4 hours doing some different jobs that needed to be done for the past few years. But I figured if I made a list and had him do everything I would save some money and it would be easier to deal with in that respect.

His craftsmanship is second to none and he did a great job installing and repairing everything on my list... from replacing my sink to repairing the mechanics inside one of the toilets and replacing an outdoor pipe that had rusted.

I had some fixtures that needed replaced - toilet, shower head and a few sinks to name a few. I got three quotes and New Flow Plumbing was the cheapest. Based on their reviews I chose to have them do the work and everything was installed without any problem. They do good work and their prices are more than fair. I will be using them again in the future.

I was genuinely and thoroughly pleased with this service. I was dealing with several plumbers and Nu Flow were honest and direct and exceeded my expectations. Courteous, considerate, responsive and have done extensive, solid work on entire plumbing and pipe replacement, cleanout install. Cleaned up everything and showed me the areas for taking photos and knowing what was replaced. I would recommend them to anyone. Armen and Arman were outstanding!!!

We have been using New Flow Plumbing's services since 2017, around 6 years. They have helped us with numerous problems, from big issues like root incursion in the main sewer line (fixed once and for all with a new extruded pipe inside the old clay pipe), to installing a new water regulator, to various smaller plumbing repairs. Most recently, Armen fixed an issue with a sink that would not hold water when the drain was closed; the job turned out to be more involved than expected, but Armen stuck to the task and got it working, for which I am eternally grateful! Armen and Arman have been wonderful to work with over the years. They do great work!

What a great business! New Flow go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I found them on Yelp and called since I had no other references. I'm glad I did as they we're very helpful, their prices we're good and they unclog my toilet so easily after I had spent a good hour trying by myself (a tissue box had fallen overnight) and he even cleaned the area. Arman is very nice and he takes the time to make sure is clients are totally satisfied.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I just purchased a new home in Los Angeles, and my initial sewer inspection did not pick up the issues which were present. After contacting several larger business, they did not really care to explain what was happening or what needed to be done. I found New Flow and read their google reviews. No wonder these guys have a 5 star rating. Shaq contacted me immediately and explained different solutions to my issue. He then did a thorough inspection informing me every step of the way. His quote was hands down cheaper than all the other quotes I had but even when I met him, I knew I was going to give him the job. Great company and good, hardworking, honest people. I won't be using anyone else.

NewFlow is run by a team of brothers Arman and Armen. They do the work themselves. Very experienced. Great communication (text, pictures, videos). Fair and transparent pricing. Their price for lining a 15 foot length, 6 foot deep sewer pipe was half of that of RootermanLa.com, and included pulling city permits and installation of a cleanout. Great customer service, responsiveness, prompt communication, well versed with pulling city permits. Couln't have been more satisfied with their work. Will definitely call them on next occasion.

Great experience with New Flow Plumbing Feb 2025. They used pipe bursting process to replace old damaged, root clogged sewer mains below 2 buildings. Communication was clear and smooth, work was finished in less time than anticipated, quality better than pipe lining since lines can still be snaked if necessary in future, and price was less than all estimates for pipe lining.

I can’t begin to tell you about this company. I gave them a call on New Year’s Eve. Didn’t think I would have much luck for them to pick up the phone They did pick up the phone I didn’t think that he would be able to help me because It being New Year’s Eve I explained him my situation where the pipe had burst, and there was water leaking through the pipe. He began by asking me for my address. I was totally shocked. He said he would be there in 15 minutes to help us unbelievable this company If I could give them 10 out of 10, I would if anybody needs any plumbing work, do not hesitate pick up the phone and call them. We had been dealing with constant slow drains and finally decided to do a hydrojetting service. The technicians were on time, explained the process thoroughly, and used high-powered equipment to clean out the entire main sewer line. The difference was immediate—no more gurgling noises or water backing up. They even ran a camera afterward to show that the lines were completely cleared. Best plumbing experience I’ve had in years.

I am really lucky to have been recommended New Flow by a friend of mine. I had one company come out for a quote and wasn't convinced they were the right fit so I sought a second opinion. That's when I called New Flow, explained what was happening and had a technician come by to check it out. Right away it was night and day my experience with this company vs others. They were substantially more knowledgeable and gave me an honest rundown of what needed to be done. Ended up being significantly cheaper than I was expecting and it got done in one session. I am already planning to use them again for hydro jetting in the near future.
