Lopez Plumbing Rooter's fuel line piping provider was brilliant. They prioritized safety and accuracy throughout the maneuver.

Lopez Plumbing Rooter was great! He quickly fixed both my toilets (they had flapper problems) and then installed a new kitchen faucet for me. He was very friendly and wore shoe covers, which I really appreciated.

Said he charges everyone $1600 for hydrojet service. Do your own due diligence.

Septic tank pump -$$$ are totally inflated and the gallons claimed to be pumped are inaccurate. Garcia and sons and Showalters will charge 1/2 the cost. $950 for 2 truck load. Lopez charged $2460. Later he lowered it $1860. The pits are empty and he demands payment so I had no choice but to pay.

Gross overcharging and attempted extortion. Lopez Plumbing and Rooter quoted $485 to pump my septic system. They started the service and told me told me they needed to make a second trip because their tank was too small to hold all of the waste in my system. They then told me they needed to jet my septic tank to break up solids because the pumping station wouldn't take waste with solids. They told me this would cost an additional $900, and they would have to come out the following day to do the work. After they left I called and told them not to come back because I suspected they were being dishonest and told them I would pay the bill. They told me the bill was $1,940 for a service they quoted at $485.

I argued with them that this isn't what we agreed to, and they didn't inform me of any additional charges past the $485 they quoted. They charge the credit card I gave them to perform the initial service for $1,940, plus a 3% processing fee.

I called my credit card company and explained what happened a couple of days later, and they put a hold on the charge. I then called Showalter's septic system, and he came out did a full service for $395. He said that would be the price for his service regardless of how much waste I had in my system based on the size of the system that I had.

Fast forward to you today and a representative from Lopez Plumbing was pounding on my door non-stop while I was on a work call. I had to end the call early and talk to him. He was demanding the $1940. I told him he was ripping me off, and I wouldn't pay any money, and then he said he would lower the price to $940. I told him that I would pay the original $ 485, and that was more than fair because I had to get another septic company in to finish the job which he overcharged me to begin with at $485. He then told me he would put a "mechanics lien" on my house so I couldn't sell it. I basically told him to get lost and my price was now zero.

If anyone else has had a similar experience with Lopez Plumbing, please let me know as I'm considering a lawsuit against them. I'm the least legitious person in the world, but after dealing with these guys and being threatened with extortion I think something needs to be done to protect myself and others.

Oh, and the kicker is the representative showed up in a brand spanking new Range Rover, which is a $150,000 vehicle. I guess if you rip people off and extort them it pays off.

The supervisor it’s very professional, and I consider him with a good experience and the officer has good customer service. Really recommend them for any plumbing services!

Just like Brant left a review, I’m doing the same. They quoted us $385 to pump 500 gallons, did half the work, then said the service is done and need to pay another $385 to complete the pump. We agreed to pay more and the technician left to “empty the tank”. No wonder they couldn’t finish the service and tried charging us more. We ended up cancelling the service, paid the $385 and stopped dealing with these scammers.

FYI, both the pit and area drain had approximately 250 gallons of water in there. The picture's is what the claimed to be 500 gallons. They’re lucky I even paid the $385.

I think they also have the same phone number listed under a company called Septic tank guys. Do your due diligence and get more than one quote from other companies because this company wanted $2500 fee for septic tank pump and cleaning hydrojet. Not happy at all with this company.

I contacted Lopez to schedule a septic tank cleaning service. From the very beginning, I was clear that I had never used this type of service before and needed some guidance. I asked about the service fees and was transferred to the dispatcher, who scheduled the appointment for Friday she called one day before to confirm I told her to switch it to Monday. At no point during the call did anyone mention any additional fees or conditions, only that the technician would come out to perform the service.

On the scheduled day, the technician arrived and informed me that he would need to charge $350 just to use a locator to find where the septic tank was buried. This was the first time I heard about such a fee. I explained that I could uncover and locate the area myself, and told him that I would call the company once it was exposed so they could proceed with the cleaning. The technician left, and I assumed everything was fine.

A short time later, I received a phone call from the owner, and that’s when things took a disturbing turn. Instead of speaking professionally, the owner began insulting me, yelling, and completely losing control. He accused me of wasting his time and said he would charge me a “trip fee,” even though I had never been informed of any such charge prior to the visit.

I calmly tried to explain that there had been a misunderstanding and that I was simply trying to avoid unnecessary fees by locating the tank myself. However, the owner continued to verbally attack me, calling me names and using extremely offensive language in both English and Spanish. His tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and threatening.

Thankfully, my wife recorded the conversation because his behavior was so outrageous. When she told him that he was being recorded, instead of calming down, he became even more hostile and continued to use insults and slurs. His lack of professionalism and self-control was shocking.

I consider myself fortunate that we did not allow this company to perform any work on our property. Based on how the owner behaved, I can only imagine what kind of service or problems could have followed. It was my mistake not to check the reviews beforehand—after doing so, I realized that other customers have also had very negative experiences with this company.

This type of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one that deals directly with homeowners. The owner’s aggression and verbal abuse make this company unsafe and completely unprofessional. I strongly urge anyone considering this service to stay away from this business.

Very bad customer service. I spend $5000-6000 in this supply. I ask them if I can return some items if I don't use, they said yes. But when I take it back, they denied.
