I have been using these guys for many years now and have had a positive experience each time. They come on-time, they quickly ascertain the issue and give a price quote, they get the work done promptly and they leave no trace behind. I’m no expert on what this kind of work should cost, but their pricing has always seemed fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Since I found Reckon & Reckon plumbing, I have never used any other company. They do a terrific job. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They leave your house as clean or cleaner than they found it. I would recommend them strongly with no hesitation whatsoever. If you are hoping to find a plumbing company that you can depend on every time, this is the one.

I am grateful to have found this company. They responded quickly when the gas company turned off the gas after determining any gas issues were coming from inside. They worked in a pair to examine the pipes and run tests. Rather than having to find and hire an independent gas leak specialist company, then come back to the plumbers to do the repairs, all was done by Steve and his team. I found everyone who worked on the job patient, trustworthy, fair, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions thoroughly. My tenants were grateful and thanked me for addressing and fixing the problem so fast, something that can be attributed to the responsiveness and skill of this company. As a single woman I felt completely safe with this company and that counts. This was the first time I'd used this business and now feel like I can depend on them for their honesty, reliability and great work.

After my long-time plumber retired, I was in search of a new company. First, I called Plumbing Company X. A technician arrived two hours early without notice, and after the most minimal assessment of the plumbing issues, quoted thousands of dollars for repairs, including replacing instead of repairing faucets, replacing piping under the house to clear a clogged bathtub, etc. Discouraged, I sent him on his way. I then called Reckon & Reckon, dreading a similar experience. What I got was the exact opposite. Victor and Daniel called in advance and arrived on time. I described the plumbing problems and they knew exactly what was needed. I was quoted a fair price, and they got right to work. Less than two hours later, everything was fixed perfectly. They replaced some faucet parts, replaced some deteriorated piping (from the 1950s) under a sink, and cleared the clogged tub drain. Throughout, they explained everything they were doing and why. As a bonus, the areas where they worked were completely clean and dry, not even a smudge left. Reckon & Reckon is now my new plumber and I highly recommend them as courteous, professional, highly skilled, and fairly priced.

Reckon and Reckon was highly recommended by a friend when I was looking to make some needed repairs or replace some faucets, and was having issues with the water pressure. When my gas hot water heater suddenly died on a Saturday morning, I called thinking I’d have to wait until Monday for a plumber to come out, but I was relieved when Michael was able to came out the next day, on Sunday morning. He quickly replaced our water heater and house pressure regulator to bring them up to the latest code. While waiting a couple of days for faucet parts to come in, he was able to at least get us luke warm instead of ice cold showers, which was greatly appreciated. During this process, Michael was on time, friendly, communicative, professional, and committed to saving us money. He explained everything and patiently answered all of our questions.

This is my second time hiring Reckon & Reckon. Victor is my man. He is professional, honest, caring. He arrived on time. He did a great job. He is courteous. Prices are a bit high, but hey, everything is really expensive these days and you get what you paid for. I definitely will be hiring them again for future projects.

My experience with Reckon and Reckon Plumbing was the best I have ever had. The pricing was fair and the office administration arranged the appointment and was very courteous (Great Customer Service). Victor came out (at the time scheduled) and did a great job installing the new water heater. Victor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He removed the old water heater and the packaging for the new water heater and left the area exactly as when he arrived. I fully recommend Reckon and Reckon Plumbing and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

This is a GREAT company. I called at about 9PM to see if they could come in the morning to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. (We had turned off the water to the house because of the leak) Michael arrived about 10 AM, fixed the problem, and consulted on another issue. As always, people from this company are reliable, efficient, and friendly.
