Carlos helped us find the source of the sewage smell coming from our bathroom. He was quick and did the repairs while explaining to us what the issues were. Would highly recommend!

Carlos has been here twice. Once to unclog a drain and just now to repair the garbage disposal unit. Both times he answered the phone and came right away. His calm professional manner made me feel at ease. He fixed the unit quickly and showed me how to reset it.

I was very pleased with In A Snap's service! I was in a bind with a broken sprinkler flooding our yard. Joaquin came out at night sooner than expected and went right to problem solving and getting the water to stop. He was professional (over 20 years of plumbing experience), courteous and the emergency price was reasonable. I'll definitely call In A Snap Plumbing in the future if we need more plumbing help! Recommended!

Quite satisfied with Rooterman. Had a plumber out to my house within two hours of my phone call. (It was just put in as a regular call not urgent.) Unclogged my toilet via auger/snake within an hour of arrival. The serviceman was pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and left the workspace neat and clean. Charged $125 for auger of clogged toilet. Will use again. 6/2024

So disappointed. Right off the bat, he tried to uncharged us. Called for a simple clogged drain. It was supposed to be 49 dollars. He tried to charge us 129. I had to tell him no thanks and let him go. I called another plumber that was recommended to me by my inlaws, within a hour they where at my door, and had my sink unclogged and ready to go in like 30 minutes, a d only cost me 55 bucks. I would not recommend these people. Bait and switch is their M.O. no thanks.

This company tried to take advantage of us. The technician made it sound like our septic was terrible and would need to be broken up ultrasonically. He told us it would be $2700, and then when we said we were going to get a second opinion he came back and said that he could take it down to $1200!
We ended up going with a company that came highly recommended by multiple neighbors and they had absolutely no problem pumping both sides of the septic for less than $800.
