Sammy B was certainly a great representative of the company and I would certainly consider using their service again. Rates were reasonable.

Joshua was great! He came in and fixed the problem. When I asked questions, he explained to me the problem and suggested how to prevent the problem or at least keep the issue to a minimum since my pipes are old. And informed me of the warranty I had, should I have any problems within the time warrantly provided.

Gary was extremely helpful and considerate. He tried unclogging my kitchen sink with a simple fix. Sadly, it didn’t work and he needed to use the snake but he explained everything and how much the service was going to cost before hand.

Rodney, from the beginning to the end of servicing was awesome 👌. He has a great personality and he was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining what was needed to be done. If Services are needed again I would definitely recommend him to come out again!

1st. day Ralph showed up to unclogged the shower bathroom, very courteous, explained in detail the process.

Unfortunate was not able to unclogged it, but there was other options and All piping in the house need to be replaced.

Which they did an EXCELLENT work.

I even shared a message to him that I hope his employer appreciates All the hard work they do getting under the house foundation is very scary 😱, my respects for all those crews they do this type of work, l would have an anxiety attack doing this type of work.

I hope they get good paid which they deserve it.

I accidentally drilled into my water pipe thinking it was a stud (1.25 inch pipe) and tried repairing myself however i couldn’t solder behind the pipe. I called the professionals and Sammy took care of me on the spot and used whatever materials I had to keep the cost low. Sammy was very professional and efficient.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and called Rooter Man. Came to my home within an hour to service the plumbing issue. Gustavo was very professional and knowledgeable about the cause and fixed it in no time. Service charge was very fair. One happy customer. Would use agin but hopefully I won’t have an issue for a very long time.

False advertising!They did not want to honor the $49 kitchen sink unclogged special. They told me they wouldn’t have an appointment for three weeks till March 19. Today is February 28. I First called yesterday and they told me I would get a call back shortly. I never heard from them. I called numerous more times and the excuses got more ridiculous once I told them I would like the $49 special. What kind of plumbing company doesn’t have an appointment for three weeks for a simple Unclogging of the kitchen drain.

Manny is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He researched my home before arriving and so he was able to answer my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend him. He did a great job!

My Plummer Sammy was great. Very professional made me feel like everything was being installed properly and didn’t mind explaining all the details to my questions. I spent a lot of money on my repairs but I didn’t feel pressure from Sammy nor the company. They gave my great options, the team that worked on my home for several days worked hard. I watched and no one was messing around and Sammy showed leadership amongst his crew. They kept the multiple areas that they dug up clean. They even worked around my family to make sure we had usage of the water and restrooms even though they were working on the main sewer drain. Over all this Crew was outstanding starting off with Sammy and his manager Dan all cool guys and would recommend them to friends and family.

Jacob came out right away, cleared my kitchen drain in no time. Great job, great price and no mess in my kitchen. This was service the old fashioned way, done right. I would hire this company again and ask for Jacob.

This company is the best! Been going to them for nearly a decade. The tech that came to my house was straight up w me and totally honest. I would definitely recommend them for any job that you need done. Also prices are very affordable and not over priced like other plumbing companies out there. Keep up the good work guys!

As a realtor we do many inspections! This was my first experience having to do septic as they are usually basic sewer. Manny first of all is funny making even bad news not so bad! He was thorough and really explained the process. The office staff was also very accommodating! I spoke with Jacky she was great!

Fernando did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional explaining everything he was doing and gave us some recommendations for possible future needs but wasn’t trying to sell us on getting it done right away. Also a neighbor saw him working and came and asked him some questions about his needs and Fernando took a brief moment to talk to him giving him his card and was very nice to him but at the same time mindful of the job he had to do for us finishing it up quickly. I was very happy with his work and would use him again without hesitation.

Jacob and Joshua were the nicest, friendliest guys I've ever had in my home to do work. They showed up on time, finished the job quickly and efficiently and the price was great, even without the discounted pricing ( my drain is not easily accessible).
By the time they left my kitchen sink was running beautifully and I feel like I've found my plumbers for life, as well as new friends.

The repairman arrived about 1/2 hour late, but had to drive a long way to get to us. He was friendly & professional, & solved our clogged kitchen sink problem in a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with his service.

I made a call at 430 asking about a clogged drain. The Rooter Man customer service was quick and on point. I recieved a text with a pic of Sammy the plumber. He arrived and was courteous and walked me through everything. The price was on point at $49. I have no problem giving a great review for a job well done from start to finish 👍🏽
