We just bought a new house and have used 24/7 Rescue Plumbing Services twice in the last month. Jorge has been the person who has come to our rescue. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and on time. The price is also fair. We will be using him again for all of our future plumbing needs.

I noticed my water heater was leaking late one afternoon and he came out the next morning despite the rain and replaced our water pressure valve! Good thing he did because if he hadn’t one of our pipes could have burst at any moment! We’ve had him also replace our water heater and a few other projects and Jorge has been so professional and responsive! He always picks up or calls be right back when I call! My husband and I are so happy we found him! You’d be lucky to have 24/7 rescue help you on any plumbing needs :)

George really helped us in a time of need. It was late at night and he arrived within minutes to assist with our issue. I called before 7am to get a water line installed for the refrigerator at my warehouse because we just moved in and I got a call back immediately, my water line was installed before 4pm. George was knowledgeable, professional, and helped figure out a different plumbing issue we were having. He was very fast and made sure everything was in good working order. George is amazing. I highly recommend him. He is honest and trustworthy The work he does is 1rst quality. I had issues with my tankless heater, main water line, and sprinkler system. He repaired all of them quickly, everything was cleaned perfectly. He got back to me immediately and came when he said.

Jorge saved the day when our water started leaking under the front yard by the sidewalk. He came within an hour, diagnosed and repaired the problem. Things then got worse when the pipes on the city side of the meter also broke and he stayed to help LADWP and to make sure things got resolved and we had running water back. He was kind, hard working and went above and beyond. Can’t thank him enough!

Had a clogged drain in the shower, had them come out and unfortunately, had to get the section of pipe replaced, but he was able to do that right away. Also had him look at a couple other things, and was glad to take care of it all.
Will definitely use him again for the next part we need to fix.

Was trying to add another review for an issue with the kitchen faucet this time that had some pressure issues. He came out and showed me the issue with aerators and how to fix in the future. Probably resolved in 10 minutes.

BEST PLUMBER IN THE VALLEY!!!!! We needed an emergency plumber after Thanksgiving for our office space. He arrived in 5 minutes!!! (unlike the others who could not come until the following week) Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. George knew how to fix the problem and went straight to work. The water had to be shut off for the office building but George worked promptly to fix the problem in timely manner!!! He's the best! Call him today for all your plumber needs!!!

Called 24/7 Sunday morning and George came out and got there right on time. He spent over 3 hours snaking out a clog deep in the pipe starting in the kitchen drain going downstairs into the garage. He got it done.

I have a fancy claw foot tub that had a leak in a pipe that I tried to fix myself. As usual, I made the problem worse and have not had use of the tub for 8 months. I found 24/7 Rescue Plumbing Services Inc. online and George came out the next morning (on a Sunday) to give me a free estimate for the repair. He showed up right on time, wearing a company shirt, and a face mask. His estimate was a bit higher than others I had received, but his professionalism and his mask got him hired.

He returned at 9:00AM the following day to do the job, and the repair was completed in less than 90 minutes. He left the work site clean and the tub is working great.

Although the repair was more expensive than I had anticipated, George was fast, efficient, safe and friendly. I would recommend 24/7 Rescue Plumbing Service Inc., and George anytime.

George saved our kitchen and our minds! We had two problems, our fridge gave out and the angle valve in the wall finally rusted out. We called early in the morning, he picked up right away and got here within the hour. All our stress was quickly resolved with a new valve replacement and friendly service. Every business is a people business and this plumber was completely gentle and understanding with my aging father whom needed to replace his water heater. Not only was George’s customer service 5 stars so was the work he did! My dad had hot water again same day. George even took the extra step to make sure we don’t have water pressure issues!!

George was a knight in shining armor when he responded to our urgent call for service of a natural gas leak in our piping. He came and saw the problem. Then he got under the house to systematically go from point to point until the leak was fixed. He even stayed at no extra cost to us until the gas company came to turn the gas back on after they tested his work. This was on Thursday night of Presidents' Day weekend and our family was leaving in the morning for a weekend getaway. George was a real hero that night; very thorough, great communication during each point in the work. George is very professional. I recommend his service very highly. You'll be happy with his work.
