Tried out this company for rug cleaning after someone I know recommended them and they were actually good at rug cleaning. My dirty rugs which I sent the other day came back and they look so fine that it’s as though they’re brand new instead. I’d totally use their services again after getting results like this.

Raj's Rug Cleaning Service is so much more than just rug cleaning. They provided the perfect rug pad, added fringe, and of course, thoroughly cleaned my rug. And their prices? Very fair! I had many options for where to take my dirty and damaged rugs, and I?m so glad I chose Raj's Rug Cleaning Service. I honestly wish I could give more than five stars, it was absolutely worth it!

Service was excellent from start.

I scheduled an appointment and The technician came to the address and did not call to inform us they were outside. He called and said he knocked on the door and nobody answered, then he called his office and stated that he needed to do a deep cleaning when he did not even enter the residence. I was quoted a price and the technician did not agree with it so he left. not a good way to run a business.

DO NOT CALL NORMANS! Was quoted $50 for each room (SMALL 3 bedroom house). They said on the phone it may be a little more but….. Two guys showed up with what looked like a rented machine and ended up doing what was really 2.5 rooms and tiny strip of hallway. Took them 30 mins. They charged me $300!! This is not a reputable business.
