DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. We had them come to our house and clean 2 area rugs. They ruined one of our rugs and the other didn’t even get cleaned. We had to throw out the area rug from all the mold. We tried numerous times to get in contact with them and they said they’d call back AND NEVER DID. Now the number is not working. This is a very fraudulent business. The photo is how it ended up.

This is a really bad business. My things don't smell great and are not drying well. They also charged me 3x what I was initially quoted. Will probably need to hire a different company to actually get my stuff cleaned. They charged me via zelle, because they know they get charge backs on credit card. they're current reviews look fake. very dissapointed

Excellent customer service fast and easy to book. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the services done on Sep 28th and was very impressed. Will definitely use their services again!

I used Grateful Cleaning Services when I was in a bind, guest were arriving, I knew I couldn't get it all done alone, thank God i found Maurico! . Mauricio is amazing, he's fast, efficent, friendly and great at cleaning. I've used him every since that day. He's my little secret, because when the soon to be hubby comes home, I take all the credit for working so hard. Laundry Services, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, doing it all, big or small, save yourself the headache and just call them already!

Mauricio took my request the same day and was able to make time to come and clean our house. He was 100% on time and very kind and professional. very easy going and 100% recommend for cleaning services. Made our house look brand new and was very efficient and hard working. Def will be back.
