We had an issue arise with our smoke detector system arise on a Sunday. The owner, John, arranged for Loudon to come to our home in just a couple of hours. John was great at communicating with us. Loudon was efficient, professional, and explained what he was doing. He was terrific. Wonderful service. We are so appreciative! Responsive, professional, solved the issue.

Technicians Loudan & Nathan did a great job fixing our electrical issues, very knowledgeable & professional. Heather who answered the phone & set everything up was also fantastic. Texted us updates on arrival & arrived on time. Definitely recommend this company- so glad someone else we know suggested them !

Next Level Electric were just that: next level! They were prompt, efficient, helpful, and reasonably priced. They fixed my two outdoor plug outlets and gave me some advice on how to prevent future problems. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided.

Next Level Electric is the best!!! I had recessed canned LED lights put in in whole house. John, the owner, came out and helped design the best place in each of the rooms for the lighting with dimmers. Then Taylor, Nick and Mike all came out and did all the work. They also, hung a TV above my fireplace and put in a new hanging light in the dining area. They all are a great team, very knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy and want everything to be what you want. I am very happy with everything they did. I cannot say enough on the great work they all did. I would totally recommend them and will tell any of my friends that want any lighting done to have them do it, they will not be disappointed!! Light Installation was still being completed but issues came up and all problems were settled or overcome with easy conversation. So far, fantistic service and great people. They were proactive with the issues presented and their solutions were great.

We used Next Level for a complete rewire of our home. It was a pain to get other electricians to even provide a quote for this big project. We’ve used Next Level for three separate projects over the last year. Work has involved new lighting installations with new circuit additions to the main box. Excellent work every time. Front office Heather is always immediately available for scheduling and status updates. Owner John directly surpervises and coordinates the work. I highly recommend Next Level Electric for any of your electrical needs. From scheduling the initial estimate to completion of the project which consisted of a panel upgrade and EV Charger install everything was transparent, honest, and very well priced. John took care of everything from permits to inspections as well. I work in the trade and didn’t have time to do this job on my own and had 100% piece of mind having John and his crew take care of this project. They were punctual, professional, and still had pride and craftsmanship in the work they do which are all dying qualities in the trades and high on my list of attributes you’d want in someone doing electrical work on your house.

Their electricians came out in short notice and took care of everything for a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
