Highly recommend Next Level Electric! John and his crew installed 12 hardwired security cameras and a hardwired video doorbell. He also installed recessed lighting throughout the first floor of our home. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. John was very thorough with his estimate, his communication and expectations throughout the project including when there were difficulties. John made sure to do things the right way and checked in every day to make sure we were happy. Thank you John and team for all your hard work!

Absolutely excellent customer service from beginning to end! Scheduling was easy, electrician arrived on time, and he was the most competent and knowledgeable one we’ve ever had. John was able to trouble shoot complicated issues other licensed electricians hadn’t. And the pricing was fair. I can’t say enough. We will only use Next Level Electric from now on!

Robert arrived on time (a few minutes early, in fact) and quickly assessed the job. He worked efficiently and did an outstanding job. The outdoor outlet was accomplished with no visible damage to the stucco. It looks like it was done by the builder. He was there and gone in just over an hour. He even cleaned up after himself.

Had complete rewiring of a three bedroom house, efficient and easy scheduling and completed job in a timely manner, (about a week). Kept up great communication throughout the job and followed up twice after work was completed. I was pleased with how minimal drywall repairs around new switches were and how careful and meticulous they were with everything in the house, thanks guys!

Rob came to my house last Wednesday to change a 240v outlet in my kitchen to 110v. He was prompt, courteous, tidy, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the work he performed and how pleasant he was doing it. I would not hesitate to contact Infinity Electric again for any additional electrical needs I might have.

Our home outdoor landscape lighting system had burned out years ago so I scheduled Infinity Electric to fix it. We’ve used Infinity in the past and they are always great to work with. Nic arrived promptly and assessed the job, clearly communicating what was required to be done and estimated T&M. There were electrical boxes to be dug out of cement and replaced, new half-step lights to install, broken wire in several places to repair and new LEDs to replace old incandescents. Nic has a steady, methodical pace and true to his estimates completed the job to our satisfaction. He is friendly, personable, professional and we are super happy with his work. Tesla sent me the contact information for Infinity Electric and from my first call to them to schedule an appointment for an estimate, to when they left after doing the installation of the power for our soon-to-arrive Telsa X, my experience has been great!

Amy in the office is always friendly, efficient and let me know up front how far out they were booking so I would not be disappointed having to wait. Michael Adams (the owner, I think), came to do the estimate and was professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to someone (me!) who knew nothing of what needed to be done. He asked questions that clearly indicated he wanted me to be 100% happy and satisfied with the work he and his team would do.

The installers, John and Matt, arrived this morning on time and were also professional, friendly an neat :-). They alerted me to an issue that I didn't know about with my electrical box and took care of the problem on the spot!

Honestly, I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received from every member of the Infinity team.

Now all I have to do is wait for my Tesla to be "born" within the next few weeks!

We had a great experience with Infinity Electric. Everyone is extremely nice. Nic Recchio was amazing and so patient with my 4.5 year old son asking him a million questions while he worked. Everything was done well and efficiently. We will definitely contact them in the future if we need help.

I had a terrific experience with these guys. The work needed was to move a 3-way light switch to a new location, add a couple of outlets for a new entertainment center, and pull a new 230v 20A circuit and roof level disconnect for a mini split heat pump. The tricky part was the original 3-way switch box served as a j-box for a lot of ancient wiring and I thought I'd have to live with a cover plate right at the entrance to my rec room. They cleanly moved the old wiring to much less visible spot where bookshelves will hide the box. They promptly returned calls, made their scheduled appointments, did high quality work and always kept me in the loop. I will definitely call them again for future work.

Excellent service from Infinity Electric today. Prompt, friendly, ready to go. Job was done fast, and bill was reasonable. This will be our go-to electrician now.

Infinity did a complete re-wire of a 1920's home for me. It was a massive job and they did superb work. I foresee a lasting relationship with this business for any of my future electrical needs. Matt and crew were cordial, engaging and professional. They didn't guess when there were unknowns. They consulted me every step of the way, kept a clean job site at the end of every day and went above and beyond my expectations.
