Our Cover-all cleaning crew has done an excellent job this past year and I would definitely recommend them! They are professional and take very good care of us.

This company is amazing.

We had a hand foot mouth outbreak and they were able to get it disinfected and clean within the same day. There was no hesitation and wonder if they will get it done they always come through.

They also clean our center 5 days a week and leave our customers and staff happy.

I had my carpet cleaned by Chem Dry by the Butler and they did an amazing job. My kids are 3 and 1 they spill food and drinks all the time which makes stains on the carpet and my couches. My carpets are left a bit damp but dry very quickly no soggy carpets. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Once again Chem-Dry-by-the-Butler has worked wonders on our old carpets! Fabien, who is the nicest person ever, and owner of the company, cleaned our carpets speedily and thoroughly. He vacuumed, edged and pre-treated before even beginning to clean. Our carpets look great and have no residual smell. And the price was very reasonable.

Don't expect, despite the name, for the carpets to be dry-dry at first. They will be somewhat dampish but walkable afterwards and require air circulation and 24 hrs for them to be perfectly dry. But unlike other cleaners we have used, there is no 'dirty sneaker' smell, as though the pad underneath was soaked. Chem-Dry-by-the Butler and Fabien will always be our first choice!!

Fabien is simply the best! We have used him multiple times and his work is always amazing!!! He is also delightful to work with, easy to schedule and we trust him in our home completely. He was referred by a friend whose home he’s been doing for 10 years. So so happy we found him.

The manager Fabian was really nice and professional! Much more affordable than standard carpet cleaners and it dried in about an hour. Well done job.

Fabian came to clean my carpet and I was really impressed that he vacuumed my carpet first. He then emptied the canister and revacuumed before he started to clean the carpet. My carpet was dry in less time than other companies I’ve used in the past. It also smelled nice as he used a deorderizer. Next day, my carpet looks great!! I will Be using this service again.
