I am 100% satisfied with the results of my service. The technician, Josh, was on time, professional and an exceptional worker. There was a minor issue with the estimate over the phone and the actual quote after the technician did the measurements. I called the office and explained the over-the-phone estimate versus the quote. The office girl, Cassandra, was extremely professional, spoke to the owner and resolved the issue with a fair resolution.

My carpet and two rugs turned out amazing! I’m still in awe and shock how great the results are. In the end, it was worth every penny I spent for the service. Thank you, again, Josh!

I had them out last year for a normal cleaning and to remove some pretty heavy stains from my living room. Stains came out in the carpet looked great and stayed clean for the entire year. The heaviest stains did not reappear, which happens a lot when you use other companies or other steam type cleaners. Had them out again today a year later, same technician, Daniel did a great job. Pricing was reasonable and the carpet looks amazing. Always courteous and professional I will continue to use Pacific breeze chem dry in the future.

Josh was great. Poor guy was by himself but did an exceptional job. He cleaned our carpet in our living room, family room, and stairway (18 stairs and landing). We also had the stain guard and allergen protectant applied. Always before the holidays😉 Thank you!

Pacific Breeze Chem-Dry provided excellent service, reasonable pricing and they did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints. They picked up an are rug, cleaned it and brought it back all in just 3 days. My 25 year old area rug looks like new. I am very satisfied with their work. I will be using them again when I need to get it cleaned in the future.

Our couch was beautifully cleaned and protected. Todd spent quality time doing every detail. He was so kind and thoughtful and I am happy to have learned of all their services.

Both guys were fabulous - we had some pretty bad traffic black spots on our white carpets in 2 bedrooms - they got absolutely everything out, it’s like a new carpet! I highly recommend this company (hope I get their names right), but the two who came out were Ricky and Rich, I think, highly recommend Chem-Dry!!

Just like the last time, Pacific Breeze Chem Dry did a terrific job on my super dirty and stained carpet. They took the extra time needed to make it look almost like new. They even came back and re-treated a spot that lingered at no extra charge. This was a bad pet stain. And all my bad stains and odors are gone and I can enjoy my home and have guests over again. This company was recommended by my brother in law, I was not disappointed. As a first time customer, I will use Pacific Breeze Chem Dry again! My carpet areas were exceptionally dirty and gross, and now looks great (for old carpet!). There is no residual on the carpet and no left over scent. Kudos to the company for hiring professional, friendly and very knowledgeable employees. They did an amazing job and that wasn't easy. Quite a task. Raising a puppy took havic on our puppy....potty training issues! All areas look absolutely amazing...you would never know these very spiked areas where ever there. Thank you to both again. We are completely happy with Pacific Breeze Chem-Dry. We had the whole house done...tile floors in living room and kitchen, tile in bathroom and shower stall (they cleaned the natural rock shower floor and walls and resealed the grout), the carpet in the two bedrooms AND a giant sectional sofa. It all looks so amazing. We were considering replacing the carpet but decided to have it professional cleaned instead and we're so glad we did. The carpet and sofa look like new!! Wish we had done it sooner.
Alex and Rick showed up promptly and worked together smoothly and efficiently to get the job done. They estimated it'd take about 5 hrs...they finished a little earlier.
The job wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done.

Rick and Caden did a wonderful job on my carpet! The care & attention to detail was terrific!

The carpets are 5 years old and of medium quality with not a lot wear showing. But having 2 cats that occasionally barf up hairballs or eating to fast they were spotted especially in one room. They looked new again! We did add protection agent to the procedure to help with stopping the spotting but my main point is the technician did a fantastic job and it’s made the entire house look better!
Will use again when necessary, price wise it was what we expected. Highly recommend!

Their process is a lot more involved than steam cleaning. Their process gently scrubs the carpet and removes all dirt and liquid. Very happy. Would only use this process in the future

Chem Dry is the best! I’ve used them for several years and have never been disappointed. Even my friend’s little dog’s “accident” disappeared.

Rick from Pacific Breeze Chem Dry did an outstanding job on my carpet. One of the rooms that he cleaned was very dirty and stained with chewing tobacco. He was able to get most of the stain out with only very light yellowing in a couple of small spots. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, but thanks to Chem Dry I won’t have to go to that expense.
