Todd was so understanding about what we needed. We have 2 dogs, plus I have COPD. Our carpets have many dog and people stains, but after Todd finished I won't be embarrassed to have friends over.

SPOTLESS, DEEP CLEAN AND KIND, THOROUGH & DILIGENT TECHNICIANS!!! I’ve used chem dry on many rentals I’ve been in before….A few days ago I set them up for my aging mother in Solvang, who admittedly had only used old-fashioned steam cleaners before. The technician was wonderful….My mom RAVED about the technician and how wonderful and kind, and through he was. The technician carefully lifted items that other prior services had ignores in their cleaning. This company, albeit located in Ventura, also services to Santa Ynez Valley. Thank you so much for that!!! The carpet dries very quickly due to carbonation and some of the deep stains in my mom’s hall, which had never been able to be successfully removed before, are now gone!! The carpet smells and looks like new! I will never use another service, ever, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND these experts in their field! Don’t waste your time on inferior service that takes forever to dry and uses toxic chemicals.

Had a great experience with my carpet cleaner. I am thoroughly satisfied with Josh’s skilled care in cleaning my carpets. He arrived punctionally and worked hard for a few hrs spot-treating and vacuuming to make my carpets look great. Thanks Josh.

Five Stars+ Chem Dry and Cassandra. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had a terrible experience with another cleaning service company, but Cassandra was able to work with me and my family to take care of all of our cleaning needs. Rick was very professional and courteous. He cleaned our carpets excellently. I even discovered mold (!) under the desk mat, and he took care of that. Our dog recently became incontinent, and Rick was able to take care of that situation too, if you know what I mean. Very happy with the service.

Our service provider from ChemDry in Ventura, Daniel, was prompt, hardworking, knowledgeable and very personable. He provided Excellent service overall throughout the time it took to complete the job.
The price had increased since last done a year ago but that was to be expected. The product and provider skill cleaned up our heavily used carpet areas very well including oils and spots from our large dog. Everything looks great again.

They are a wonderful family-owned business to work with and are always so professional and friendly. Todd came out and did a thorough, beautiful job cleaning the carpets. Daniel and Josh were great! Daniel took the time to explain the process, and both guys worked hard to get the carpets fresh! There were SEVERAL urine stains from an old tenants pet, and these guys made the carpets looks incredible! Some areas took longer to dry that were worked on more, but worth it.

We have had our sofa fully cleaned and also spot-treated this year, and area rugs cleaned also. The technicians did a fantastic job! They are friendly, courteous and super-efficient. They are prompt and call ahead to let us know when to expect them to arrive, and they stand by their work, offering to return if the items don’t look good after drying thoroughly. We will continue to make use of their services.

I was seriously thinking about replacing my carpet, but I decided to have it cleaned to see if it helped. My carpet looks as good as new! I even had my sofas cleaned and they look like new too! I'm very pleased. The guy (I can't remember his name)worked very hard and he was very nice.

Very happy with the results! I had a lot of pee stains from my dogs and they were able to get a lot of it out. They worked with my budget and were honest about the realistic results due to the dog pee stains! The results were amazing alot better than I expected!! Thank you I really appreciate you guys.

I had Todd from Chem Dry come out today and service our 6 piece sectional and large area rug. I was so stunned to walk in and find that he had left my couches looking brand new. That is not an exaggeration. Todd did an impeccable job! We had a small hiccup in communication after he was finished but I was surprised that the owner of this company told his employees to resolve the matter. It says a lot about them. They value establishing a long term relationship over holding out over a minor miscommunication. I’ve used them once in the past and will continue to use them. Worth the price, you won’t be disappointed.
