A friend recommended me, I called him to overhaul my AC. They gave me a super special. I'm glad I made the right decision. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

These guys are amazing. Best AC company in the area. I've tried the rest, these are the best. Won't even call another company for a quote they are so good.

After waiting thru 5 different HVAC contractor. Each of them either telling me it would be done by a certain day and nothing would be done. I lost a whole month waiting for these other contractors to follow thru. I finally call Green Air Logic (Jovan) was able to help me within 3 three days. He showed up when he said he would. The team at Green Air Logic are the best.....all round 5 stars. The installed our mini splits and did an amazing job.....I would recommend them anytime.

The management of this firm is amazingly responsive, helpful, and above all, receptive of feedback. Chantelle called me as promised with an update on the required part delivery and subsequent installation date/time. Ephriam is a highly trained and skilled technician whose knowledge base of the system easily identified and corrected the root cause of the failure. In conclusion, they are honest and trustworthy and worth your consideration.

We had A/C added onto our heating system in our home, this team was so professional and efficient, each step of the process was smooth with excellent communication throughout. our quote was easy to comprehend with no hidden fees or add ons, i cant recommend Green Air Logics enough, they did a perfect job!

We converted our garage into a mini ADU so we can live in the home we raised our children instead of downsizing to a different property. Our daughter and her family of 5 live in upstairs part of the house and we all share the main part of the house downstairs. Jaime was thoughtful in making sure we all have access to the temperature we like in the three respective areas.

I initially had a promising experience with Custom Air Solutions when they diagnosed issues with my Fujitsu HVAC unit, noting the absence of the original thermostat and potential airflow setting problems. However, after the unit failed again just a week later, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no response.

Seeking a resolution, I hired another company without sharing the previous diagnosis. Impressively, they identified and fixed the issue within two hours, compared to the ten hours spent by Custom Air Solutions. While I understand that troubleshooting can be complex and time-consuming, I expected a more comprehensive service, especially considering the investment made.

In summary, while the initial assessment was thorough, the absence of follow-up and support left me dissatisfied. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and post-service engagement.
