I had a great experience with this company when they came to fix my heater. They were kind and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain what was going on in a way I could actually understand, and they didn’t leave a mess behind either—which I really appreciated. Got ac installed. They didn’t flush the line, ac wouldn’t work and after getting it installed a sink wouldn’t drain anymore. I called to get it working and sink fixed and they charged me 200$ to fix something they broke in the first place and to get the ac unit they installed working. And now not even 5 years later the ac doesn’t work again. I’ve barely used the ac since I got it. It got hot and I was using it for like 5 days then the fan stops spinning. I see their van parked next to my ac unit all the time. I don’t like it.

I really wanted to make this work with them. We paid for the initial inspection and were hopeful after seeing all the great reviews. After the first visit, they said a manager would come out to inspect the job and provide a quote. That happened—but after that, we never heard back.
Since then, I’ve called multiple times over the course of a month, left voicemails, and sent emails—no response. Completely ignoring a paying customer is incredibly unprofessional. We were ready and willing to continue working with them, so there’s no excuse for the lack of follow-up.
Now we have to start over with someone else and pay another initial inspection fee—what a waste of time and money. Please be aware before choosing to work with them. If you’re looking for a reliable company that values communication and customer service, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.
