We just had our whole-home furnace and central AC moved from a cramped closet to the attic, plus a mini‑split installed in our patio room — and we couldn’t be happier.

From start to finish the crew was professional, punctual, and tidy. Moving the HVAC out of the closet instantly freed up storage space and reduced the noise and vibration we used to hear in the living area. The attic placement improved airflow balance throughout the house and made service access easier for future maintenance. Our home heats and cools faster and more quietly, and the system feels noticeably more efficient.

The mini‑split in the patio room was a great add: it provides instant, reliable comfort in that previously hard‑to‑condition space without running the whole system.

The AC in our office went out and I contacted a couple different companies and Tom was the only person that even answered and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day to take a look at our problem. We recently had our whole HVAC system replaced by West Coast Air Conditioning. What an amazing experience. Not only did they replace the mechanical parts, but they also replaced/repaired the ductwork that had recently been done by a different business. Ben started the process by coming out to our home and giving us a great price for what we wanted to do. It was a BIG job and Ben gave us a really good deal. He was down to earth and honest and told us exactly what we needed and what we didn't need. We had gotten a quote from the company that did the ducting for us and the price we got from Ben at West Coast Air Conditioning was so much better. The next step was Alex and his team coming out to the house to start the work. I can't say enough good stuff about Alex. He was communicative and friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Each and every one of them was respectful, personable and friendly. They each introduced themselves and the guys who had to come into the house (many, many times) always made sure I knew they were there. They worked hard and it was HOT and the attic is small. It took 4 days and they always protected my floors and cleaned up after themselves. The team included Adam, Aaron, Eli, Gary, Miguel, Frank and Sal. I would highly recommend each and every one of them. I could tell that they were a team, and they were proud of the good work they were doing. It was a complex job, (I won't go into the details of that), and they handled it with ease. We feel that we got a great price and competent, efficient workers and brand new equipment. We are definitely satisfied customers and will be using them when we build our ADU and will recommend them to family and friends.

My air conditioner was inoperable when I returned from work yesterday night. I was surprised to speak with a live person when I phoned the technician at around 10:00 in the evening. The next morning, he arrived at my house and, for a reasonable price, fixed my air conditioner. Impressive support!
