Our property mgt company used Joey Clark for a new AC installation on a vacation rental property. They replaced an old unit. They did everything possible to coordinate with our busy summer schedule. They worked until midnight to get the job done! They were easy to communicate with and left everything clean. It was a big job! Cat, in the office, was awesome. Responsible, hard working people here. I would totally recommend.

I was referred by a good friend to Clark & sons aire for a maintenance request on my home unit. The communication was great from the beginning & when scheduled they asked if I’d like to perform maintenance on both a/c & heating system, and did. I like their recommendations and service performed. As the Summer started to heat I started using our ac unit more and noticed a minor concern. I contacted them again and they were responsive providing next day service. I will recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance on their ac/ heating systems or if you are looking to replace or upgrade your unit call them. Exceptional service and quality! Joey installed our Minisplit last year and did a great job. Had to call him out this week when we suddenly had no cold air coming from our unit. Kat sent technician Connor who tested for leaks diagnosed the problem which was a faulty connection somewhere. He repaired it, refilled the coolant and charged us nothing. It was under warranty! Very professional and knowledgeable group. Highly recommend!

Great quick service! Contacted Clark and Sons Aire for the AC in our office going out. They got back to me within 10 minutes of calling and we're able to do the repairs the same day! Saved us from the heat. Their tech was very professional and came prepared for the job. Reasonable prices too.

Wanted an air conditioning system, told that our heating unit was old and the air return as well as placement of the unit was not appropriate to add an air conditioning unit. The ducting was asbestos and needed replacement. Clark and Sons was our third call. Joey was prompt, honest and followed through on all his promises. His crew was professional, respectful and made sure our home was treated with care. Price was less than others and they included some of the extras that we would have paid for elsewhere. Guarantee is also impressive. After the job was complete Joey was prompt to return when we had questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company or use him again.

Recently had my heater replaced and added air conditioning, including new ducts, new registers, ... the whole kit and kaboodle. The workers (Chad, Jake, Connor, and Luis) all showed up on time and got straight to work. They did a great job with installation and cleaned up after themselves very well! The new system was explained to me very thoroughly. The owners (Joey and Kat) followed up to see if we had any questions and to make sure we were completely satisfied. We replaced a very old furnace and it took them only 2 days.
He brought in a crew who stayed focused, have wonderful personalities, great positive attitude. They were on time and super professional and respectful.

The furnace itself is modern, energy efficient and connects to an thermostat app so we can manage it from our devices.

During the two days, they methodically removed all the old duct work, removed and disposed old equipment, they installed the new furnace and replaced all the vents in our home. They did a ton of other work pertinent to this project.

We are impressed and appreciate their due diligence, and how thorough they were from start to finish!

I received a bid from John a few years back and opted not to use his services…I am regretting that decision today. Today I called asking about adding an AC unit to the house and John took about 20 minutes with me explaining why he wouldn’t be able to do so but what questions I should be asking anyone who does bid on the project. He helped point me in the direction of building code so I could know where I would legally be allowed to place the unit, and walked me through all other questions, fully knowing we weren’t going to be working together. Stand up guy who seems to really know his stuff. If I am ever in need of HVAC service in the future, John will be the first I call.

Edit: John ended up finding time and a unit that would fit my needs and couldn’t be happier that we used him to install our AC unit. John was timely, professionally, and fairly priced. He walked me through every decision so I was fully aware of what choices I had and why he was doing certain things. On top of AC install, he helped bring my furnace up to code after spotting some less than optimal install decisions from another company. He helped register the furnace for its warranty as well, all free of charge. Just a great guy to work with and would highly recommend his services to anyone who asked.

John replaced a central floor furnace with forced air system. It was a masterful job to install it in the crawl space. This was a complex job within the space constraints. His broad construction experience and specialized knowledge were fully utilized for a unique project. The result is a properly engineered solution, meticulously crafted with no interior patching post installation. The building permit was signed off with no problems. Top Job!
