Have used TriCounty a few times now, first for an emergency A/C issue and then for general service and they have been great. Our tech Angel has always been super friendly and respectful(my dog really likes him too). Would absolutely recommend them for anyone in need of A/C or furnace servicing

Giovanni was amazing and came out within 30 min of my call for help. Good thing too cuz discovered a carbon monoxide leak! Thank God we hardly use our heater!! Our detectors went off and I got suspicious today when I used the heater! Thank you Giovanni you are the bomb!

Writing to share that we are so grateful for Angel and TriCounty Services and confidently recommend their services. Our heater recently went out, and Angel was sent out to figure out what had gone wrong. He was so polite, honest, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to pretty quickly discern that the issue was actually with the ceiling vent and not the heater itself and did a great job explaining the issue. When the roofers had trouble finding the problem, TriCounty was kind enough to send Angel back out to meet the roofers and help make sure the cap on the vent got fixed properly. We are very excited to have heat in the house again! From our experience with the first call to the office to our interactions at our home with Angel and the good price we are very pleased!

Angle arrived as scheduled. He was very polite explaining in detail what was going to and then went about the service in an efficient manner. When the service of our two units was complete, he walked me through what had been done.

I was very pleased with my purchase of a replacement furnace through TriCounty Services. The whole process went smoothly. Very informative in house estimate, I was given several options with pros and cons for each explained. Installation team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Everyone involved from estimate, office staff and installation was very helpful and courteous.

Giovanni was very knowledgeable, Professional and efficient. I also would like to add that the young ladies who I spoke to in the office I think they were Christie and Emma were both very polite With wonderful customer service skills. it was a pleasure speaking with both of them.

I have been a customer of Tri County since I bought my first house in the 90s. Every time I move they are my HVAC provider. They provide excellent service and their staff is great. I have been such a long time customer that I know some/most of the service department. In fact, Giovanni came by yesterday to service my units. He is a long time employee and one of my favorites. Give that man a raise!

Bill and Angel did a great job, they had come out to do a leak inspection. They were quick friendly and very professional, they are great and valuable people.

I had such a wonderful experience with TriCounty Services. They installed a whole house fan and added new insulation to the attic. Each and every staff member was so pleasant and respectful from beginning to the end. The work was done quickly and they left the property so clean!
I will definitely use them in the future.

From the first phone call to TriCounty Services, everyone was very kind and professional. Martin and Oscar have both come to my home and were very respectful and helpful. And I appreciated a text before they arrived with a picture of who was coming and an estimated time. I also appreciated that they both put booties on their shoes without me even asking. I highly recommend this company. Customer service is excellent!!!!

It was time to get my gas insert fireplace checked for the winter. I have had TriCounty Services provide those services for the past several years. Their services are easy to schedule and their technicians arrive on time. Each time they come out I gave found the technicians to be thorough, experienced, knowledgeable, and courteous. Just recently I had TriCounty come out again and the service provided by their tech, Angel, was exceptional. He wore booties inside the house and was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and provided me with information I needed. I would recommend Angel and TriCounty to anyone who needs the services they provide.

I use these guys exclusively for my restaurant space. Great people, great communication, great everything. Art took great care of us and didn't sign off until we were satisfied with the job done.

My experience was a good one. The technician, Angel , was very polite and thorough in examining my AC and furnace. He pointed out to me that the filter i was using was not efficient enough. The most important thing is to regularly change the filter for the unit. It goes a long way toward maintaining the equipment.

The worst! I was told over the phone they perform leak detection of a water main. Even their website says “their expert techs use state of the art equipment to find the hardest leaks.” When the plumber arrived I was told they outsource to a third party for leak detection, was told it could be done that day, waited about an hour for arrangement with the third party company and then told it would be performed the next day! Totally false advertising and on top of that it was going to be $600, which obviously includes an up charge to use another company.

Marcos M. and Bobby C. came to our house to do duct cleaning. Their job performance and skill were AWSOME! They were very communicative about what the job entailed. They took care and were cleanly in finishing up the job. They were friendly, engaging and diligent in their work. They seemed to be a good team. Both are a good representation of TriCounty services.
I highly recommend them.

Giovanni and Angel just installed my new Real Fire (P H Peterson) fireplace log set and it is not only gorgeous but works perfectly! Hello. I live in Ojai. I called Tri-county Services after my former air conditioning company could not help me for two weeks, they said, after their unit of 15 years failed. I passed on them. Tri-county sent one of their service technicians (Martin) who was very helpful…and extremely knowledgeable. His communication skills and customer relating-ability rates 10 with 10 being outstanding. Two of my adult children got involved in deciding whether to replace the old unit through a 3 way phone conversation which Martin handled very well. His experience and skill led to a well thought through decision to replace with a new Heat Pump package system. I am very pleased. Bill Miley
