The repairmen that did three separate calls were on time, reliable and did quality workmanship, very knowledgeable in their crafts.

Angel was great. Called late Saturday with a broken ac and he arrived fast and fixed the problem faster. Tried calling a bunch of other companies before and Tricountry services were the most professional and fair pricing.

Very happy with the work done. The technician Art was very friendly and he did great work and he took the time to answer all my questions.

New update for review. We did an evaluation for Air conditioner repair. They were very fast in responding and setting appointment even during heat wave. They gave very thorough estimates and explained everything in detail to my family. Service was very much appreciated!

I heard about this business through our HOA reps and they have a good reputation so we decided to hire them to replace our kitchen fan duct system. We asked them to switch our 6 inch pipes for 7 inch pipes and were also hoping that they would expand the hole in the wall for the duct exhaust. A miscommunication happened between the initial assessor and the company so when the technician came to work on the vent, they simply took out one of the 6 inch pipes and connected a 7 inch pipe to a 6 inch. However, they listened to me and were also willing to fulfill our requests afterwards by doing an after service request. They did a reassessment, gave a new estimate (with some consideration for the service we paid for the first time around), and were willing to come back and do the job with the same technicians. Also, I guess the initial miscommunication wasn’t too bad because I got to see a sample of their work. When I got home to see their work on the first job they did, I was impressed by the materials they used and their craftsmanship (I was actually thinking, “Damn… Nice job!” I unfortunately didn’t take a picture of it), so I had faith that they were going to do a great job when they came back to do the job to our requested specifications. I am now happy to say that they did an awesome job replacing our kitchen duct system and they also added a little extra touch at the end of our exhaust duct to cover up the hole when the fan is not in use. I am so grateful for this company’s professionalism and excellent work despite my struggles to stay composed when things didn’t go my way and I hope they will be willing to work with me again. Josh R and Gio made me a lifetime customer. They did an amazing job on rewriting our smart thermostat and were extremely helpful answering my questions and being very strait forward about pricing. They not only completed the work I requested but also did a maintenance check on our AC unit. They were clear about the status of the unit and explained what to look for and left it up to us to make the decision on when to replace a part and what to look out for.

After completing the work and signing off on it and making the payment we found that the heater was not kicking on and they were still outside. I approached them and let them know and they came back without hesitation and got it working in no time without any hassle or extra charge.

Josh seemed like a trainer and was not only a professional but was mentoring Gio. You should do whatever you can to keep him around as he was killing it!

We needed an AC put in at last minute. They showed up on time and did a great job. The installers were professional and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the overall experience and would recommend them to everyone!

Horrible experience no communication completed. Work not completed. They lied to me about equipment and said they would fix and never did. I disputed the charges since they didn’t complete the electrical set up and I had to pay someone else to fix their mess up. They also lied to me and gave me different equipment I ordered. Beyond disgusting!!! Don’t recommend at all!!! By the way they charged me an extra $1000 just to come next day and for electrical and they didn’t complete the job!!!! ZERO stars if I could!

Tri County replaced a blower and control board on my rooftop AC unit for my business. I have to say the staff at this company is amazing. The front office is very knowledgeable as well as friendly, courteous, and professional. Their technicians do great work and explained in detail what was needed and why. I highly recommend this company.

Angel and Bob were amazing! They fixed major issues with our office’s AC unit for a really reasonable price. They even were able to come the same day we first called. Will definitely be using TriCounty Services from here on out.

They have earned a higher review and I appreciate their work and time spent to help ensure I had a great experience and am satisfied. My initial appointment didn’t go very well, but Jackie reached out to me and sent another technician. Angel was great, and more thorough. The pricing was still quite high but they worked with me to make things right and get my issues resolved timely and I am grateful for their support and service. I’ll update review after a few weeks to ensure all is working well after my followup appointment yesterday.

Martin Was amazing-courteous and very knowledgeable. He not only fixed our air conditioning issue but also gave us pointers on how to maintain it to avoid the same problems in the future. Additionally, he charged a fair price for the quality of service we received.

I've been using TriCounty Services for HVAC maintenance for several years and finally made the leap to replace our entire system. Their salesperson explained the process and provided costs for various options for us consider. The installation team showed up on time every day and were professional throughout the installation. They explained the process each day and worked around an important work call from my home office. Their employees were professional and completed the work in a timely manner. No excuses of "I was on another job" (aka surf's up) like I've gotten from other local contractors. I would 100% recommend TriCounty for HVAC services.

I recently had my HVAC system serviced by martin and giovanni from tri county services and was extremely impressed. They arrived exactly on time and were very professional and polite.
They quickly diagnosed the issue. I really appreciated that they took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. They were very neat and tidy, putting down drop cloths and cleaning up completely after the job was done.
Thanks to their expertise, my HVAC system is running perfectly again. I highly recommend Tri County for their reliable, honest, and efficient service. I will definitely be calling them for all my future HVAC needs!

I have a hydronic boiler for my radiant heat in my home and when I called TriCounty they said they could absolutely help me. The customer service from the start was excellent! Art and Giovanni showed up and said they could fix my boiler and I couldn’t believe it! They explained exactly what was wrong and fixed my very old boiler. I never thought it possible as no other company works on boilers in Ventura County. I love this company! They are honest , thorough and reasonably priced. Thank you Jennifer, Art, Giovanni!! TriCounty Services always does an excellent job! I always contact this company when i need work in my home. I contacted them on 10/3/2025 at 10:00 am to let them know that I received my Vanity today and would like to schedule a plumber to come and do the work needed. They scheduled same day, sent Art G. around 3pm and he is was done by 4:30pm. He did an excellent job and the customer service expert Ellie was excellent communicating everything to get this service done today. I will be connecting with them to get more work done immediately.
