Had a shower drain that was backing up. SPS was able to make it out the same day I emailed them. Respectful of my place and got the job done while explaining exactly what was going on when things got a little more involved.

We were referred to Octavio by a friend, and he was able to fit us in the same day to replace the valves for our washing machine. We had just moved into a new home, and of course, other issues popped up—our kitchen sink wasn’t draining properly, and the garbage disposal wasn’t working. Without hesitation, Octavio offered to take a look in addition to the task he initially came for.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and informative, explaining everything clearly so I understood what was going on. His service was great! I never felt like he was trying to upsell or take advantage of me, which I really appreciate. I also want to highlight how comfortable I felt working with him as a woman alone in my home—he was professional, conversational, and made the whole experience easy.

I’ve already requested his help with more projects around the house. Highly recommend Octavio if you need a reliable and trustworthy handyman!

Secure Plumbing Solutions
I own multiple rental units and depend on the knowledge and respond time from Octavio. He takes care of the simple items fast with never a need of going to store for parts as he anticipates / understands what is needed for a job. He can plan / execute projects and figure out the plumbing maze in older units. I stop worrying about the issue after I make the call. He communicates well with tenants who make comments to me that he’s trustworthy and wants things done right.

The hot water heater was leaking water. Secure Plumbing was prompt and diagnosed a need for a new one. Install was done the same day I called!! Great job and thank you!

Our main sewer line has roots growing in it and Secure Plumbing Solution did an outstanding job fixing the problem.

Using his biggest drain cleaning snake machine he first cleared the pipe. Fast and efficient this took less than 15 minutes.

He then ran his high definition camera into the line to show us where the roots are and the extent of problem. The video shows the distance the camera is in the pipe so we now know the roots start 8 feet into the hole. The camera's video, shown on his iPad, was bright, clear, and incredibly detailed.

Finally he traced the line with a third machine and provided us a rough price of what it would take to cut the concrete, replace the underground pipe, and refill the hole.

All of this for a very reasonable price and with a 90 day warranty.

Company and owner are great. We had them do a complete remodel of two bathrooms including reworking a single vanity into a double. Gave great advise on the best way to tackle the job. We had 2 separate issues:
The phalange in one of our bathrooms was corroded and caused the toilet to leak.
A valve in our laundry room broke and flooded the room.
